Since we trusted our former painter we didn't get a total of 3 bids like we usually do. Bradley didn't disappoint. Bradley supplied a professional estimate. To secure the estimate, a 20% non-refundable deposit was required via cash/debit. At start, an additional 30% is collected. Remaining balance is collected upon completion. Credit cards are not accepted. We were given a large color palette to choose from at our leisure. Once we chose our colors, Bradley came out to verify the colors we had chosen. I especially like this step since we ended up not liking two of the colors we had originally chosen. At the last minute, we noticed that our front deck was rotting so it was a waste of money to paint it since it needs to be replaced. Bradley was understanding and adjusted our estimate accordingly. Bradley and his team arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day hand-painting our trim, pillars and front door. Clean-up was spotless; we couldn't even tell the crew had been there. This guys ran through more employees than ten people could count with fingers and toes haha and he says I'm the one that's trying to discredit him haha I didn't purposely set up a contractor to fail and then fuck myself cause in your own contract you forfeit they deposit if you pull out of the job and who pulled out Justin? Me or you? Who had customers after that for multiple jobs one being a huge exterior after you tried getting away with charging 12k for a 4500 dollar what you were to pay me job. Every customer was pissed with you said you were extremely high priced and hard to reach hard to work with and a lot either went with me or elsewhere cause I was too busy I did 6 bids for you I completed one you ficked up or set me up on the second with the deposit after I bought the paint trying to give me 800$ for 2200 worth of paint when you owed me 3350 for the cam I job so if people want some details on me "trying to discredit" this guy read this puppy. I mean I made the trip every single day until completion from Lynwood to Camano island and this guy would call and text me like I was a genie and could pop up the second it wasn't raining. He made some big deal about paint specials on the customers deck which yes I would too but I had two of my employees on that deck with tooth brushes and denatured alcohol and they couldn't find one single spec but he used it as a reason not to pay me customer couldn't even find anything. I was going out and doing the bids for this guy even and he tried to use the fact I bought two new ladders when I bought all the supplies and paint for the next job when it's like dude it comes out of my pay for the job what the fuck? I work my paint pricing so low I can do that it's lower than your pricing dude and I bought the paint you required me to get too. He drove by about 25 times while we were working but did he ever stop and say hi or if we needed anything nope but he assumed we didn't know it was him or his son driving by. Again the thing with his back isn't a bad thing but when he says he can't do shit can't even walk yet he's some pro that can do EVERYTHING better yet I can name TEN EMPLOYEES right now he's had work and quit I mean some of them I haven't even met just heard through the local grape vine like Javier hated working for him Shannon quit, he fucked Travis over from premiere painting on multiple jobs he required me to be fully licensed bonded and insured which I was but then refused to pay me in full once I was done with the job and refused to reimburse me properly for the paint so I kept it. Had three customers I did bids for say they felt mis treated by Justin and his company he starts looking good and having employees but every job I've seen him be a part of has had a hiatus because of employee quitting or him getting some deal going about why he secretly sub contracted the job to another company when they had a full contract with the customer they were gonna do it that happened on three separate jobs I was a part of as the lead for premiere and for my self and my company. I needed my 80 year old basement garage floor epoxied. I had a bunch of companies provide quotes…read more Some actually provided quotes without even coming out and inspecting my garage. I didn't trust these quotes at all since I knew my old garage floor was not in great shape. Obed showed great knowledge with epoxying floors. He pointed out a bunch of cracks and pits that would need to be opened up and filled. My garage also had something strange where someone had extended the footing with additional concrete. This caused extra concrete ledges around my entire footing. Obed said he could address all of it. I also needed trim installed and he said he could do that as well. Even with the trim install, his quote came out competitive with the other quotes. Obed did an amazing job with the garage floor epoxy and the trim work. I was very impressed with the end result. I know he went above and beyond to take additional time to fix issues so that the end result would be good. For example, we agreed to have one small part of the extra concrete ground down so the floor would be flat. As they were prepping the other extra concrete for epoxy, the concrete actually started cracking and falling off. Without charging me extra, they also removed this extra concrete so the end result was an entirely flat floor without any additional concrete ledges. After grinding the floor, Obed realized that it would best to level the floor. Again, without an additional charge, he leveled the floor. He also filled in a bunch of concrete holes and voids on the concrete step by the door leading into the house. When installing the trim, they took the time to specially contour the bottom of the trim to match the many dips in my old garage floor. While leveling did help with the dips, my garage floor just had some extreme dips. In the end, I was beyond happy with the end result. I originally hired him to epoxy my floor, but he ended up fixing so many different things and made the entire garage better because of it.
