Tk Tk Tk. This guy is my favorite handy man. He done various of odd jobs around my place and the price is top notch . One of the major project he did for me is to replace both my air ventilation in both my bathroom fan. They both had given up and it's just flat out old so it was time to upgrade. He did a fantastic job on those 2 units. I also got him to redo my bathroom tub caulking . The previous guys claim over 9 years of lifetime, it was less than 10 months. So don't buy into those who offer these crazy lifetime on your bathroom caulking. TK did my tub caulking and told me the truth, "maybe a year " he said which is exactly what I got from the previous people that claimed 9 years ‍. I'm already looking at a few new smaller projects for him to get started soon. I just want to pile it up so I can take up an entire day. I will be using TK soon! read more

I contacted plumbers (too expensive) and other handymen (charged more for my request for repiping instead of using flexible extension). TK was fast, responsive, and on time. We had a very complicated problem that occurred between our upstairs and aren't downstairs underneath the subfloor. We had to have a piece of the subfloor cut out and some new parts put in for dryer ducting, which fell apart in there. Tae contacted me almost immediately after having put a request out on Yelp, scheduled the repair for two days from when he contacted me, and did a wonderful job. Tae Kim is awesome and we are so glad we hired him to help us with our handyman list! We are already making a to-do list for him to come out again. Tae responded promptly to our request for service and arrived right on time. He worked efficiently and carefully to install two ceiling access panels--both of which were odd sized and had to be adapted. He cleverly found an old wood mirror frame (without glass) in our garage and adapted it to fit the ceiling access hole in the garage. Brilliant! We had no idea what to do about it. He also replaced 2 basic ceiling light fixtures in our basement, installed a security camera on our porch and adjusted an interior door's hinges so it wouldn't stick. Update: Forgot to update this earlier, but had TK out a second time last year to install kitchen cabinet/drawer pulls and to mount a TV. Both were challenging jobs requiring precise work. For the kitchen stuff, he placed everything perfectly with no extra holes drilled or misalignments. The TV was a difficult job as it required drilling through ceramic tile and an unusual mount that was virtually flush with the wall (Samsung The Frame TV). He nailed that one as well and fixed a few other minor things around the house for good measure. TK's rates aren't the lowest around, but the value of having everything done right the first time by a fair and honest (and bonded) handyman pays for itself many times over. read more

I hired Tae to replace 3 ceiling light fixtures in my condo. He was running late from his previous appointment and kept me updated about timing.
