I asked Dan about the detailing department and stated my expectations. He quickly washed the car and told me bring it by Monday morning and I will get it completely detailed. Dropped off the car, and picked it up 5 hours later. The car didn't look any cleaner than when I left it. They were closed when I picked the car up and I moved to Chicago the next day. I did call and express my dissatisfaction with the detail job, but never received a call in return.
