I can't say much about the ambiance, because we always get takeout. But the cheesesteaks are the best I've ever had at any restaurant. I've never had an authentic Philly cheesesteak, but I imagine they probably taste like this. The steak is sliced really thin--melt-in-your-mouth thin. And apparently the rolls are shipped from Philly each week. I've also tried their pizza before, which is really good. Never had bad service there either. I don't understand some of these reviews, I got the one with pepperoni and something else and wife got a plain, both were absolutely delicious. They were huge with a buttload of meat, the bread was perfect even though it was a door dash order. I've had cheesesteaks all over this country and this one is definitely top 5!! read more

We started going to straight outvif Philly when it was just opened many years ago. Food was good. We bought a gift certificate for 100 00 ended up they had problems with the equipment and we didn't get to use the full amount. They moved to a couple of locations and ended up on Merritt Island so my granddaughter bought us a $50,00 gift certificate for Christmas. For whatever reason they moved out of the place not to long after opening it. My husband got really sick and passed away. When I tried to use the certificate I was told it was no longer any good though when I called the card phone number I was told the money was still on the card. We have tried repeatedly to clear this up with the owners which was father daughter and son with no result except to be called names and hung up on. Su we are out $50.00. Stopped in today unexpectedly for lunch with a friend. The menu is large, wow. We ended up both ordering pizza. It was superb!!! Everything about it was done to perfection. We don't eat out that often but this is an easy spot to order a delicious grab and go item or 2. The cashier/server was really pleasant and honest!! You can't beat that! Good job folks. Heard about this place opening up and decided to come try it. Seems to be pretty popular or heard of already as we walked in and it was full of people waiting for their orders as well. Probably 8-10 people ahead of us waiting. I didn't know what to expect as I didn't look the place up beforehand but the menu has lots of options if you're not into Philly cheese steaks ! *I do think they maybe need a little more help because the kitchen guy HAD to be slammed because he was stresssin and they kept just getting order after order* So be patient as it's not fast and don't expect to get it right away as they have so many walk ins and delivery calls Wait time for a busy looking evening : 35-40mins (for 2 sandwiches ) Taste: pretty good ! Very disappointed in my takeout cheese steak. When I got home and ended it the roll was dripping grease, the onions were just strings, no cheese which clearly noted on the ticket that I wanted provolone. One half of the roll was Almost burned. I have eaten in before and it has been great. I will not order take out again. read more

The staff was polite. The food came out quickly. I've eaten a ton of Phillies. This is a totally fine Philly. I would eat it again if someone had it catered, meaning it was free to me. I wouldn't however pay the $18 for sandwich, fries and pop. If you are nearby, you should go here. I however, being fat, drove 30 minutes and it wasn't worth the drive. read more

The Philly cheesesteak had little to no cheese, very little onions and very little mushrooms. Not the Philly cheesesteak I got when I was in Pennsylvania! We also got fried chicken wings, but they were baked. They were not fried at all in my opinion. See pictures When I called to let them know, they offered me 15% off my next meal. Just received an order, delivered by slice, order was missing the soda I ordered and was charged for. The chef salad was ok, but the Stromboli was discussing, they put a gooey, white, watery cheese inside that is supposed to be ricotta, the top was burnt, and everything was so expensive and in the trash. The crispy fries were limp and cold, and the gravy was so overloaded with black pepper, it was IN-EDIBLE When my son called to let them know that know about how it was, they hung up the phone on him. This place is fairly new to Merritt Island. They staff is really friendly and very helpful. We tried the Gyro and a Syrah sub. The steak sub was decent and it was a good size. My husband had that and he said it was good. He ate the whole thing. He said that it was just a steak sub and that he wouldn't tell people they just had to have one. I was not in the steak sub mood and ordered a Gyro. I don't like to say bad things but I have to say this. If you go to ALDIs and buy their Gyro boxed kit in the frozen section and make it and add lettuce and tomato , you will get the same things. The meat looks the same the bread and even the sauce lol you get a box that makes 5 gyros for 9.99. I was disappointed because I was not expecting an ALDIs sub. At lease double up on the meat to make it worth it or add extra sauce or cucumbers, make it worth it. I honestly felt like " what the heck!?" What a let down. The place was small and service was fast. The place was clean. We may try some other stuff there at some point. read more
