3 of us came over to Ryan's on a Friday around 4-4:30pm. We went upstairs to the bar/patio area because we wanted to enjoy the weather. So many other people had the same idea! The entire patio was shoulder to shoulder and we were lucky to snag 3 spots at the bar. Our first bartender was not prompt or friendly, but her relief was pleasant and helpful. The food was fantastic and we thought the prices were fair for the location. The garlic knots with alfredo come in both full and half sizes. We ordered the half and thought the portion size was massive. The chicken Caesar wrap was warm and delicious. You have the option to grill, blacken, buffalo style your chicken. My bf had a burger and said it was different, but good. His friend had the sausage parm and it came out hot and quickly. Parking is difficult because it's mostly parallel street parking on the main downtown road and then a little walking to get to Ryan's. I wouldn't let it deter you from stopping in, though!

Pretty good slice with no flop for Florida pizza and being a NYer! I'll go to say best slice on the island! Staff super attentive. Great experience and Ty!

Cool vibe and environment with live music and right on Indian Riverfront with a public park next door and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Service was okay. Food was disappointing. Known for pizza. The crust was crispy but flavorless and the toppings were barely cooked (look at the cheese in the pics!) and the peppers etc were not even cut up. Also had fries. Stale and over cooked. Ranch was legit and the drink (Tipped Collins) was okay. Go for the vibe but keep the food basic. The pepperoni pizza someone else got looked way better than mine. Salads looked okay too. Love the view and location it that's the selling point IMO. Good price though. No tourist gouging which I appreciate.

Cocoa Beach-Saw the mediocre reviews, but we really wanted to have a fantastic view so we decided to give this place a shot! It was GREAT! Service was outstanding. Our drinks, refreshing and delicious! I had an Orange Crush and my GF had a Pina Colada. We split a basket of fish bites. WOWZA!! They were really fresh, with fresh super white fish. Coleslaw and fries were good too. I'm excited to go back and try more items, but I definitely will dream about those fish bites until I eat them again!

Lots of Toppings in certain areas, none on others

Been here a few times and their food is good. Cold drinks in a nice open patio upstairs. Service has been consistently good. However, one night we ordered pizza to takeout and when we got home the pizza was a disaster. Looks like they basically threw each topping in one spot or another in the pizza. Some spots had a whole bunch of topping, some had none. Our fault for not checking while there, so lesson learned. Other than that one time, it's a nice soot to hang out, enjoy the sun and good vibes. They also sponsor a lot of community events, so I like supporting businesses like that.

Service was good. Slices are large and a great value for $5+. I had the combo that included a Ceaser salad for $9. I recommend skipping the salad as I have never had a Ceaser with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese but it was lackluster and had very little dressing on it. The slices were all served piping hot and they were tasty. We ordered a slice of pepperoni, a slice of cheese and a slice of white + pepperoni added. We all enjoyed the pizza and the garlic knots. A large order of knots was too many for a party of three but served hot and fresh with lots of garlic butter and red sauce. The sweet tea was not good so traded that out for a soda. Place was clean and bustling with a good view of the water. Nice cool stop in on such an exceedingly HOT day.

We sat upstairs, which has a great view of the Indian River and the park. This time I ordered 2 Chili Cheese dogs with fries. They were very good. I would recommend this place. There is a good variety on the menu and a good selection of beer to choose from too.

Ryan's Pizza 4 Harrison St. Suite 100 Cocoa, FL 32922 3.5 Stars Ryan's Pizza in Cocoa exudes a warm, welcoming, fun vibe from the minute you enter. The joint is vibrant, clean and well-spaced. Jordan was my server today and she was charming, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked Jordan for 6 Bone-in Wings with their Golden BBQ sauce, an order of beer-battered Fish and Chips, a slice of White pizza and a slice of Deep Dish. Looking about the place, I noticed that on Tuesday, they offered 32 oz. Margarita's for a heckuva price! They have an excellent deal on tacos in today's economy, too. I didn't try their tacos, so I can't speak to them, but if they follow suit, they should be tasty. It wasn't long before Jordan was seen returning with my grub. After snapping a few pics for y'all, I eagerly got to work as the aromas arising were heading straight to my appetite. First up on the Big Boy's punctilious palate were the wings. I don't know about you, but I love finger food. Fixing my fingers around a plump wing, I got to work. To quote Monty Python, "Blimey!" My taste buds were wrapped in the loving embrace of some of the most delicious sauce to ever grace my palate. Wow. My insides were swimming in love. The wings were juicy and cooked to perfection and, once again, adorned with my new favorite BBQ sauce. I had to force myself to move on, but only after I snuck in another wing or four. Hacking off a bite of the Beer battered Haddock, I dipped it in some industrial tartar sauce and commenced tasting. The fish was of a higher frozen grade than most places and, as such, was better than average. The chips, as they were, were not your typical french fries but the oft sought-after "waffle fries." These were fried to a succulent golden brown and were incredibly delicious. The coleslaw was your average food service slaw -- nothing to write about. This brings me to the star of the show, at least the only food item in their name, the slices of pizza. If I am wrong that there is an afterlife and I end up down-under performing penance for my sins, I am absolutely sure I will be force-fed pizza for eternity. It would beshrew me down worse if it's terrible pizza. Ryan's pizza was not "bad," but it was not that good either. The crust was bland, the sauce was as flavorful as the crust and the cheese was cheese. I found this shocking as the other items were fantastic and as I mentioned, pizza is in their name. This applies to both slices sampled. The Big Boy says, "For a pizza place, their pie fell flat. Go for the wings, fish and drink specials."

This time the food was not up to the normal Ryans standards. The white pie was so overcooked, the eggplant mushy, not crisp as usual. I called, left a message with a woman who said the GM would call back. Never received a call for replacement or refund. It's a shame, this used to be our weekly go to, but no more.

What's up, Amy? We are coming to see you soon.
    Cheryll H.

We loveeeeeeeeee Ryan's. Amy is amazing. Great food, drinks, view and atmosphere. There's nothing better. Been coming for years with no plans to stop.

Marker 24 is in a residential area and accessible by land, as this restaurant is on a waterfront, and most diners pull up in the little boats. There is indoor and outdoor dining; we saw a few people outdoors but it was chilly when we were there, so we opted for indoor seating. A few stalls for parking across the street, parking stalls divided by little fish painted on the ground, which was a cute touch. Happy hour was spectacular, with buy-one-get-one-free drinks and the food prices were super reasonable to us (coming from Hawaii, where everything is super expensive). My husband ordered a Spicy Mahi Sandwich with Potato Chips (instead of fries, that's how it came) for $20 and I got a roasted mushroom flat-bread pizza for $15.00 and our appetizer was the smoked fish dip for $15.00 which came highly recommended, and we did love it, but when we saw the crackers, we were laughing. We were expecting bread or flatbread, but that's just fine, being a waterfront casual restaurant. Total bill = $70.62 without tip. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. After dinner we took a stroll out to the back of the restaurant onto the pier and watched the sun go down. If we lived in the area, we would visit frequently!

The place clearly has a strong neighborhood vibe. Even on a holiday, it felt like a regular hangout spot where many of the patrons seemed to know each other and the bartenders. That kind of atmosphere always adds a layer of warmth you can't manufacture. Service-wise, our waitress was very friendly and attentive when she was at the table. Food delivery did take longer than expected considering the restaurant didn't appear overly busy, but to be fair, it was a specialized St. Patrick's Day menu which likely slowed the kitchen down. Now to the food. My co-diner ordered the corned beef Reuben, served on grilled rye with a generous pile of crinkle fries. The sandwich was stacked with tender corned beef and had that classic deli-style balance of meat and sauerkraut. He described it simply as "very good," which from him is a strong endorsement. I ordered the traditional Irish stew with potatoes and cabbage, which came plated with a hearty portion of mashed potatoes. The stew itself had a few nice chunks of beef and vegetables in a rich brown gravy that definitely leaned into bold seasoning. The only note is that the pepper level was quite heavy across the stew, mashed potatoes, and cabbage. If you're someone who enjoys a strong pepper-forward flavor profile, this will absolutely be right up your alley. Portions were generous and the meal definitely delivered that comfort-food, stick-to-your-ribs Irish pub feeling. Overall, a positive experience with friendly service, a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, and hearty holiday fare. I'd happily come back again -- especially to explore more of the regular menu outside the St. Patrick's Day rush.

The food - everyone seemed to like what they got, myself included. I got a NY Strip and I ate the whole thing. I also got a loaded baked potato and it was what you'd expect (pretty hard to mess those up tbh). The only thing I heard voiced disappointment for was the Onion Rings appetizer - several rings were left uneaten at a table of 20-somethings. The drinks - meh. Not a fan of the featured cocktails. Watered down and devoid of even a hint of alcohol taste to the ones we had. The service - our waitress seemed overwhelmed and when we looked around, there weren't many others in sight. It just felt understaffed. Visual appeal - decent, but definitely not polished. Where we were sitting you could see giant rippling in the wood veneer paneling they installed over the old Applebee's walls. Overall? Meh. Might come back, might not. Our main reason for choosing this Irish pub was the Guinness--we had just returned from Dublin and wanted to compare. The moment we walked in, the ambience was incredibly inviting and instantly transported us back to Dublin. What truly sealed the experience was seeing live TV footage from in front of Temple Bar in Dublin--it completely caught us by surprise and made the experience feel authentic. Now let's talk about the beer. The Guinness tasted just like it does in Dublin, which was honestly shocking in the best way. We found out they take extra care by cleaning their tap lines frequently. In Dublin, because of the volume, lines are cleaned every four days; here they're cleaned weekly--and that attention to detail truly makes a difference. I also tried the Black Velvet, which was perfectly balanced and paired beautifully with my meal. Next, the food. I ordered the smash burger with bacon jam and habanero, and it was absolutely off the charts. So flavorful, incredibly tender, and honestly restored my faith in burgers. I didn't have room for dessert, but I did take some home--the homemade bread pudding. I couldn't resist. I'll be enjoying that later with a cup of tea and will gladly give a follow-up review. Thank you, Hogan's Irish Pub, for taking me right back to Dublin. The service, food, atmosphere--everything was outstanding. You truly have something special here. I only wish I were a local so I could visit more often. As an LA girl visiting this Florida location, I can confidently say I'll be back next time I'm in the area.
