I only asked him please call me before you charge my credit card. A week later I found out they charged me almost double what other towing companies had quoted me for the tow and they never called me to tell me what the charge was or that my vehicle got to the repair facility. The staff that I talked to was very friendly and polite. There wasn't much communications between my husband and I do to bad phone reception so things got a little mixed up.
