Horrible company Semi driver broke down on us31 towed the semi literally 50 feet further off on the shoulder for a mear $1,872.00

This was an astonomical fee for towing our vehicle after an accident on US 31. It cost $2400 to tow the car on top of an additional fuel surcharge, gate fee, and daily storage fee totalling $3100. Our vehicle arrived after midnight on Friday. Then we couldn't get the vehicle released on Monday. They kept it another day, delaying the insurance claim and our ability to get a replacement vehicle for an extra 5 days due to another weekend. read more

Amazing service and this was not your regular towing, this was a boat on a trailer that needed to be towed because the axle broke. He was very careful and educational in everything he did, this helped me get over the possibility of this process going south and trust that he is the right person for this job. Absolutely horrible service! I asked them to come out to tow my van to a local repair shop. They were able to get it started so they charged us $65 and left. When it died I asked them to tow it to the local auto shop again and the guy first left because I didn't answer the door "in time" then came back and said he couldn't tow it because he had "too many calls behind me". He charged me $65 and left again! Then surprise surprise my f%$king car died AGAIN!!!! And I Finally Got it tow to the local auto shop by ANOTHER COMPANY! $110 down the drain! Very bad service and totally unprofessional. My vehicle slid downhill and was stuck in a ditch. They slid down into my vehicle and caused damaged to the front. I need their insurance information to give to my insurance company. I have called them multiple time over a 1 month period. They have not returned any of my calls and the dispatcher will not give me any information and refuses to give me the name and number to his manager. read more

Absolutely fantastic!! Broke down on the expressway. The Eagle driver was there in less than 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, Towed us to a nearby repair shop, While doing that he located a repair part for us. Made sure everything was taken care. Very professional, very organized, super helpful,,, very nice, even had a good joke to tell. And all this on a Sunday...Best experience ever with a towing service. read more
