If I could give 0 stars I would . The tech here is probably the worst person I've ever come across…read more. Not only is she incredibly rude to people she purposely puts you into financial ruin. As you go in for a blood test so we will charge you one amount there in the office that is low then she submits it incorrectly two months later get a bill for hundreds of dollars that you have to pay no information given ahead of time that you will have to eventually pay this bill. Out of spite, she purposely will post a different address to make it seem like it is not in network. You cannot call Quest to help you. You cannot call your insurance to get you out of it without having to go through years of telephone calls and appeals do not come here if you want to be treated absolutely terrible and then be billed hundreds of dollars for your terrible treatment later do not come here. Outraged by the complete lack of empathy, unprofessional conduct, poor communication skills, blatant disregard for patient needs, and a consistently negative attitude, leaving patients feeling disrespected, anxious, and neglected, ultimately undermining their trust in this buisness that is not apart of the BBB . While a negative review is justified for truly egregious behavior, I understand it's crucial to consider the full picture and avoid making hasty judgments based on one interaction.however it's a consistent poor behavior form my numerous encounters there, especially with one particular phlebotomist. A regular that works there for years . It amazes me that there seems to have been no performance review or assessment on her position of entitlement because she still continues to treat people with unkindness and a disregard for her position in customer service and health .

She was told she would receive a call in 4 days…read more I flew from Dallas, TX to see her, however, they did not provide the results when they said they would. If they were incapable of completing the test, they then should have had the courtesy to notify her that they were behind. They do not answer the phone, at all. Hopefully she will hear back soon. It's been 6 days. Please do not waste your time or money and find an alternative to this test site. Update: 7.8.20 - My mother took her test on June 30th & still does not have an update. She e-mailed them and they have yet to respond. She was told she would receive results this past Saturday. It is now Wednesday. Still, no one has had the decency or courtesy to even tell her they are behind. Please save yourself the anxiety and do not use this testing facility.

From the check in experience…read moreall the way through the dreaded "stick", this group of professionals has always treated me with the level of care you just don't find at every medical facility unfortunately. For example, despite the workload present upon arriving, I observed the intake professional taking the time to answer questions about the new check in process involving scanning of your driver license at the kiosk with another patient. Once in the back, and after notifying the professional that although I may be an "easy stick" I bruise easy and not a fan of the pain associated with it, she proceeded and accomplished the multiple vial draw with a level of success I wish other labs would achieve. Again, this is the same experience I have had for multiple visits to this particular site, which is why I continue to come back. If any of the professionals at this location reads this review, I can't thank you enough for making a not-so-pleasant experience execute without a hitch each and every time.
