I had my entire property covered in turf and it looked great when it was done but I soon found out there workmanship was very poor. I told them multiple times, before and during the project, to ensure they graded the property correctly to accommodate water run off. Since we do not get much rain it was months before I found out they did not grade the property correctly. When the first heavy rain happened I discovered I had a lake in my side yard because the water couldn't drain off of my property. I had them come back and their fix was to rip up the turf and install a drain from the side yard out to the front yard. This helped but I still have standing water in the side yard after it rains. The next issue are the two sink holes I now have in my side yard. One is directly over the drain pipe they installed and the second is where the water pools because the drain doesn't work and the water just sits there and slowly absorbs into the ground. I called the company and explained this and of course it's not covered under warranty. The lady said they would come out and fix it but it would cost me about $350.00. Like I'm going to pay them more money to fix their shoddy workmanship. The last issue is with the weeds, I have more now then when I had grass. I told them I wanted ground covering put down and the representative adamantly told me not to use it since I had dogs and the urine smell would be a problem. I should have listened to myself and made them put it down. Ground covering wouldn't have been a problem. I routinely treat the turf with neutralizer which works with or without the ground cover being put down. Additionally, the ground cover is porous so the urine would have washed away with rain or my treatments. Do yourself a favor and find a better company that knows what they are doing.

It is low maintenance, has a clean look, and great since we have a golden retriever who likes to run around outside. This way he doesn't get muddy and it's so clean in the backyard. Our dog does his business on pebbles on the side, not on the turf. Our front yard has been an eyesore for a while and after thinking about it for awhile, we decided to invite Sergio and his team back. Our front yard was overrun with weeds and the lawn kept dying. We decided to install turf and have a border of rocks and plant some flowering bushes. Sergio and his team efficiently demolished the existing lawn and took away the weeds. They hauled everything away and also brought in the materials needed to install the dream garden we were envisioning. Adam Fisher, the owner of the company, came to quote a patio and offered to take off our steps and…read morepour the concrete under them, something that multiple other contractors that came for quotes did not see necessary. In the process, Adam and team broke the stairs immediately, and reassembled them with screws sticking out and chunks broken remains used to "level" the remaining stairs (photos of all work attached.) While on site, Adam asked for "200-300$" outside of the scope of the signed contract for the same work that would have been done with or without the additional request. Through the phone exchanges and emails regarding these issues Adam was arrogant and dismissive, yet also took blame for the stairs and will not resolve the issue. Adam's team poured our concrete before a heavy rain, but failed to redirect a gutter (as it had originally been before construction) from pouring directly onto the concrete causing a water stain from the pooling water on the fresh concrete. Again, when confronted with this issue and asking for a resolution Adam denied blame and said "wait a year". As of 6/11/26 there has been no reply nor efforts made on behalf of this company to repair any personal property damage nor resurface the concrete stain/ finish the job as fully paid for. They poured concrete (where our outdoor kitchen will go), laid turf and did a super cute walkway from the back to the side yard.
