I've been a loyal customer here for about a year, but unfortunately this was the final straw. Every…read moresingle appointment I've booked, I end up waiting at least 15 minutes despite arriving early. I've even had walk-in customers taken before me while I waited for the technician I specifically booked. Today was especially disappointing. I booked my appointment a month in advance for 5:00 p.m. When I arrived, I was told my nail technician didn't come to work that day. Instead of notifying me earlier--even though they had known all day--they waited until I showed up and then told me I'd "just have to wait around" until someone became available. I understand emergencies happen, but failing to communicate with scheduled clients and expecting them to wait indefinitely shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After a year of dealing with chronic delays, this experience convinced me not to return.
