So she finished my haircut and said oh you have curly hair. Well it has been 2 weeks and I my hair has little standout flips out everywhere. She said she could get me in a month later for better color but when I got home I decided I didn't want to spend more than the $200. I had already spent in the same month!!when I called the next day to reschedule I was verbally lashed by being told Nov/Dec were their busy months. I am retired and a fairly open schedule . So today I looked at this forum and discovered a 5 star rating supposably by me!!! I am quite disturbed by this salons dishonesty and they apparently don't want new customers!!!!

I love the cuteness of the salon with all of the B&B products and cute clothes from goose on the go. Even the comfy chairs you sit in are cute. Every time I go get my hair cut and colored I tell Heather to do whatever she wants and every time I absolutely love it! I called on a Friday and Julie the hair stylist was already booked through the day but was able to get my son in on Monday morning. Unfortunately my son screamed the entire haircut and we needed to hold him down and take multiple breaks but she kept her cool and was patient with my son. The haircut turned out nice and she even gave him a lollipop . Nice family barber.

My haircut looks like I was a test subject for a barber school. When I was in the "salon" it looked like it was a descent job. But when I got home and looked in the mirror one side of my head was cut completely different than the other. it was like I had two different haircuts. Uneven and longer with small tufts of hair sticking out all over. even in the back one side was longer than the other and then remembered she didn't even give me a mirror to see the back. to make it even worse she created this ridiculous dumb parting line down the middle of my head that looks like a stupid 80s rickspringfield hair cut. ugh, literally this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I can cut my hair myself and do a better cut. I just wanted a typical haircut. short with no complicated fades or anything difficult. the one star is for whoever cut my hair. I won't mention the name. If you go here make sure you know somebody that they had and are recommended. I'm sure I could go back and have them fix it but then it would be uncomfortable. I am so mad. Now I have to go to a place that can fix it and waste my day off.

Dora was great at recognizing that my hair needs a lot of texturing to help reduce the weight and keep everything blended and airy.
