I purchased 7 items (before my daughter did...wouldn't have purchased anything had I known they wouldn't honor her combined purchases) only to get home (from out of town) and find 4 items were damaged (Zipper pulls missing, boot heels coming apart, cracked leather).

They simply took $8 from the till and told me that was what I got for my 3 framed ski prints. What? How much did they sell for? When? They had no idea and they seemed to care less that I was even asking to answer the simple math on this. Then I was told some story how the computer was down and the owner wasn't there... She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own.
