I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a pair of earrings for $85 and was so excited…read moreabout them. However, when I tried to put them on in the car, I realized they were too large for my earring holes. I immediately went back to the boutique to request a refund, only to be told that they don't offer refunds--just exchanges. I did look around and there was nothing else that I really wanted. There were no visible signs or notices anywhere in the store indicating their no-refund policy, so I asked if they could make an exception since I was from out of town. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee called the business owner while I was standing there and proceeded to discuss me in front of my face, saying things like, "Why didn't she try them on in the store?" First of all, I've never heard of trying on earrings before purchasing--not only is this unsanitary, but it's also incredibly unhygienic and unreasonable. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise thinking twice before shopping here!!

They told me that their store policy is no returns if the shoe was worn outside. They are brand new shoes and they refused an even exchange for another pair. As you can see on the receipt, it clearly states 14-day return policy. Needless to say, I will never buy from this place again. I've never visited a shoe store with a 1-day no-return policy. I will be shopping in Carbondale's Independence Run and Hike store from now on. They have a reasonable return policy. I should have gone there in the first place. Lesson learned.

I'm from California and had been to the same type of stores, but this was not the same...in a good way! Normally these stores are chaotic and trashed, but here everything was clean and well ran. We got some great deals on a few smaller things that fit in our luggage, but if we lived locally we would have bought way more.
