With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

I took it to another mechanic (recommended by a friend). After putting it on the lift, the Service Manager told me the lower hose clamp was tightened. Problem solved; no charge. The Service Manager asked me who told me I needed a new thermostat and housing. He rolled his eyes and chuckled when I said Meineke in East Petersburg.

Our 2023 4-runner has only 22,000 miles on it, was almost one month after the 3 year warranty and the passenger side camera went black. It failed. We took it to them to be diagnosed, spent $185.00 to be told yes it needs replaced and we will not cover it under warranty! We immediately reached out to the manager and was told because we had our servicing done elsewhere they will not honor the warranty! They said we could try to go to Toyota Corporate and see if they will honor the repair so I reached out to Toyota corporate and they told us the dealership CAN replace it under warranty, but they choose not to!!!!!!! A discount was given due to his job's afflication with them. I was the one who took my car in and waited for it to be done. Their waiting room was decent for a repair shop and I enjoyed sitting by their big picture window watching birds come and go from the feeder they installed. The front parking lot is tight, and I'm not exactly sure where they take the cars while they're working on them, but it was done quickly. I don't think I was there for more than an hour. Immediately when I got inside I noticed one of the indicator lights were on. After my boyfriend, a mechanic, ran the codes it was determined to be a tire sensor. It was obviously damaged when the tires were replaced. He dealt with them after that, and it was a good bit of an ordeal getting them to pay for the replacement. However it was more than one, as the light was still on after they did the repair. They refused to pay for any more and claimed they were going bad before the tires were put on. I will say I had no problems prior to the tires, and even after I paid to have the others replaced we continued to have problems. I gave the car to my daughter several months back, a good year past when the tires were replaced and to this day she still has problems with the monitors. Three stars because the service I was there for was good, pricing was fair. However as far as admitting they caused the problem and resolving it I was dissatisfied.
