What can I say.... This is such a great spot. I come from California were the vape game is super strong and let me tell you this place reminds me of home. Anthony and Lance are amazing when it comes to service and just knowledge of products. They really make you feel at home and treat you as a friend. Liquid selection is decent just wish they carried newer juices more often, I have literally tried them all time for a refresh. Pretty looking overpriced brick and mortar. I bought a Orion q because I was desperate and they hammered me for 50 bucks(20 online),same price as the dna version. The pod was 10 bucks for one. The must have opened the two pack and resold them for ten each because where I come from it comes in a box with two pods for $10. Staff was aight. Friendly but They didn't seem too concerned about the customer. It was clear to me what their business model over at stratus vapor lounge was; bang anyone who walks through the front door. Staff was decent but youre not allowed to Sample any of their juice even though they have a entire rack of sample tanks ready to go. I was only allowed to smell the juice which is completely different from how the juice tastes. I ended up buying two brands that i already knew and 1 that they insisted i buy without sampling. Needless to say, i didnt like the one they insisted i buy. With all the other shops on long island that let you sample i definitely wont be returning to this one read more

Been here 2 times so far, and both experiences have been great. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Great selection of ejuices. 5 out of 5 for great staff, and environment. However I'd take 1 star off, cause normally the prices are just a tad bit steep compared to other places. But if you happen to come across the specials here and there, then its comparable to other places. They do have a points card reward system which is awesome since most places I shop at don't even have one. read more

I came into this store the other day looking for a new vape setup and was greeted by a young woman and her two friends who were sitting at the counter. First i would like to say that as an experienced vapor this woman knew nothing! She couldn't help me find anything i was looking for or even make me feel comfortable during my time being there. She gave the impression she wanted nothing to do with me meanwhile i was willing to spend atleast 200 on a new setup. They charge very reasonable and provide excellent service showed me how to replace my rda wick on site. I spent over a hundred dollars on a box and tank about a month ago from stratus vapor lounge. Today, the box shorted out and I went in to exchange it. I assumed it would be as hassle free as the buying process. I was wrong. The employee there didn't know how to process a return so he called the owner, and after explaining the situation he walked him through the process. When they couldn't figure out the process despite facetiming together, the boss suddenly brought up that they had a 7 day return policy. Mind you, I wasn't returning anything, I just wanted an exchange for a new box and maybe to buy some vapor. Well, being that the item was clearly defective, and that they refused an exchange, I didn't end up buying any vapor. Nor will I ever shop with this store again because they didn't stand behind their products. I would recommend buying your tank and your vapor somewhere trustworthy and certainly not at stratus vapor lounge. read more

Stratus vapor lounge is one of my favorite vape shops.... Being that I live about 5min away it's very convenient... Anthony and lance are very knowledgeable and very helpful... All of their recommendations are allways on point... They are both very friendly and welcoming.... I can easily spend all day here... The only downside to the shop is the limited product that they have... They have a very short selection of box and tube mods which result in myself purchasing elsewhere... They have an OK selection of juice... They have many big name brands that taste great... But there must be at least 25-30 juice lines that just sit on shelfs and take up space.... They should think about swapping out the juice for some better brands like ruthless and bluebird... Also if they got a few timekeeper tube mods or Able tube mods I would defiantly be the first purchase.... This shop gets 5 stars because of Anthony&Lance.... honestly disappointed by this shop. i truly hope a professional manager or the owner of this establishment can read this review. i WILL plaster this review everywhere because my experience was that embarrassing and horrific. came to this shop for the first time to buy a new mod after not vaping for quite sometime. there were two male workers there when i walked in at approximately 9PM on black friday. one with braided hair was helping a couple of girls, so the gentleman with the glasses began to help me. i sit down and tell him what i was looking for and immediately, the other gentleman tells me i smell like cigarette smoke and says "was one of y'all smokin'? smells like cigarettes." i awkwardly laugh and say no, my mom smokes. the gentleman i was with proceeds to help me and discusses a variety of mods and some basic functions/prices. i say i will come back later that night. i come back about a half hour later and the gentleman with braided hair who said i smelled like smoke is now the only one available and the one who was helping me prior is helping someone else (unfortunately, as you'll see why). i sit and he looks at me weirdly as i said "hi i was just here about a half hour before, i was looking for the smok cube ii." he then says, "really?" i said "yeah, you said you smelled cigarette smoke when i came in," in which he replies by saying with a curious look on his face, "i smell, like, perfume, did you try to cover it up?" and i said "no, it's been on the whole time..." anyway he adds up how much it's going to be, i pay, and he gets the device, tank, and batteries. the whole time he was speaking relatively quietly/i could not understand what he was saying and would need him to repeat himself. after seeing just how he was talking, acting and making eye contact, it definitely seemed in my and my boyfriend's opinion that he was high on marijuana. whatever. i go to pick out a juice because i wanted to just get some and set it up there. there was a decent selection, but you are NOT allowed to sample any or EVEN SMELL ANY. no samples whatsoever... which i was made to feel weirdly for asking about. this guy acted like it was a foreign concept. you have to blindly buy juices. i decide on just a $12 beard juice. i ask him if he could help set it up, he said he could tell me what to do because he wasn't allowed to touch it... okay. he begins to direct me because even though i've seen the tank taken apart in the past, it was a while ago and i did not remember. here and there i ask questions. i wanted to make sure the cotton surrounding the coil was fully saturated once i screwed it in to the bottom at first which was clearly a mistake because i got a "what are you doin'? nah, you gotta do it this way" from him. i told him, he 'corrected' me, whatever. not really bothered because like i said his voice was mellow (maybe because he seemed high? just speculation). i later find out from my boyfriend that when i would look back down to continue what i was doing, the gentleman with the braids who was helping me would look over to the other guy and make faces, make one-worded jokes, and laugh. at me. because i was inexperienced with personally having a device with 1- batteries and 2- how to fill a tank. i vaguely speculated this happening once, but i was unaware that it was actually going on multiple times. before i put the juice in, i was going through the settings and just put it at 50w. i asked him a question at some point and he took it and lowered the wattage to 35w for whatever reason when i asked how to get out of a certain mode. i then put it back up to 50w when i was going through the settings again to familiarize myself, he saw and said "i put you at 35w [something something something, i don't remember, enough to make my cheeks red a little]" and then the customer next to me bends back and says "yeah that's why you have bad coil luck!" just astonishing. my apologies for putting a 160w device at 50w. i quickly finish up and get the f**k out of there. i say thanks, goodbye and in return get a quiet "bye" from one of the employees. NEVER again will i return to this extremely unprofessional establishment. EVER. i will deter anyone from returning. i left embarrassed, mortified, and disgusted. god forbid i was completely new to vaping and had my first impression be these two completely uninformed and uneducated goons try to help me and make a joke out of me. god forbid you want to try out or EVEN SMELL a juice, you can't. blindly buy a juice and if you don't like it? you're out of luck. this is THE worst shop i have ever been to. in over two years and across the island, this is unprofessionalism at its finest. no wonder they're desperate to hire new people. no wonder in two hours, the whole shop only had three customers in it. you are better off at utopia or even a gas station for your vape needs. read more
