The lotto guy is funny and likes to make jokes about the winning numbers and is easy to get along with, unlike most places you walk into and the utter look of depression and ennui on some of the workers faces is just depressing. You can send money any time. But... don't even think of receiving money here. They will never pay out cash. When it's time to pay out cash they lie to you and say the boss has to do it or the printer is broken. Terrible place. I only go here cuz there is not much else around.
