The bearded man that helped answer all my questions about CBD was very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that the shop is 24 hours a day as I generally do not operate during normal business hours. Those are the positives. The negatives... Terrible location. Hard to see thusly hard to find. And there's a little security man that is beyond obnoxious and a total tool. Seemingly trying to assert himself in a big way to spite his small stature. That guy would be best taking his tactical gear, attitude and mouth anywhere where people don't have to wince inwardly each time he makes an ass of himself by saying something overly authoritative in contrast to the subject matter. Otherwise great shop but until that tool goes back to whatever shed he crawled from, 3 stars is the best I can do. read more

This place is cool. I like the owner and her husband. They're generally pretty helpful. They have a decent selection. Prices are a little below average but they do have some high end juices available. They have a punch card for frequent flyers. I've been going here for only about 3-4 months but so far I like it. Had my first experience with this place today. I was really excited as I had no clue this place is right down the street from me. I walk in glance over and notice their glass and juices but I couldn't see the coils. So I asked the guy with long hair and a beard if he has any. It was a slightly dumb question on my part I mean what shop doesn't have coils. He looked over his right shoulder at the wall with all the coils that I had missed completely. He got the coil I needed and I also picked up some juice. This is where i could tell I bothered him. What I enjoy in my juices are deserts with subtle fruit flavors. I'm actually terrible at describing this to people. He shows me the first one which smelled okay but it was very fruit forward. When it comes to really fruit forward juices the smell really is too artificial for me and smells like cheap perfume. So when I describe it to him in this way he got even more annoyed. Again I'm terrible at describing these things. I told him the brand I usually go for and he shows me a pretty solid juice. I tel him I like the scent and he quickly grabs it and rings me up and gives me a punch card I will never use because I probably won't be back. So now that's all said I want to point out the things that really bothered me. I walk in can't see the coils they kinda blend in with the walls which makes it even harder because I'm blind in my left eye which at times makes certain things hard for my right eye to pick up. Guy gives me sight attitude like I'm suppose to automatically know where they are even though it's my first time. Second issue I had was the dog. I love dogs but they never belong in a place of work at the very least not in the front of your store. Third thing that really made me think this place was in a stage of disconnect was the couch and tv behind the dog kennel. If it's a break area cool but all I could think about is how that area looks lived in. Literally seems like someone has to be couch surfing that thing. The last thing that really bothered me was that this dude really made it feel as if he didn't want me there. As if I was making his life so hard that the only thing he could focus on was ringing me up and getting me out. I felt as if he had more important things to do other than help me. I understand that people have their days and not everything is perfect I can understand that. Everything explained was just my experience and I get it's going to be different for everyone. read more

First time stopping in, needing new juice to vape on as a daily, and the employee was recommending every juice that was fitted to my need. I love this place where they take pride and time in what they sell.. I highly recommend Stone Fox, and did I mention they are open 24/7?? That's rare. Highly recommend. And my second visit in (today) I had a huge problem with my coils gurgling with my coils constantly spilling with juice, the employee took his time to take apart the device himself, and reassemble my vape with a new (mesh coil) with my baby's beast tank, and now it's hits PERFECTLY. No more gurgling, spilling juice, and weak hit. This thing hits like a beast now that it's all fixed thanks to Snow Fox! AMAZING!!! I called 20 Vape shops looking for a specific brand and I called Stone Fox Vape, a very nice woman answered, I told her what I was looking for and she went to check....she had it!!! I live in Highlands Ranch, about 30 minutes away from the shop, I asked if she would put it on hold until I could get there and she kindly did. I couldn't make it in that day due to work so I arrived the next day when they opened. The nice woman who I spoke to over the phone was at the counter and I told her I was the person who called about holding the juice for me. She had the bottles ready, she answered all of my questions, very hospitable and assisted with helping me find the right coils and explained why they were the right choice.
