There are quite a few vendors with a diverse array of produce and products. And there were quite a few customers, too! I was looking for green almonds. It's a thing in like middle Eastern and south East Asian cultures to eat fresh green almonds. I thought California is the place to get them since this is where almonds are grown right? Wrong. Can't find them.... If anyone has suggestions, lmk! We walked up and down the aisles of vendors. There were plenty of produce stands with fresh vegetables and fruits. The strawberries, cherries and apricots all looked and smelled amazing. There were also vendors selling lemonade and cooked food. There were also people selling craft types of things. People were friendly for the most part and it looked like both customers and business people were happy sitting in the hot Sun and in the parking lot. There was plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend this farmers market if you're not looking for green almonds haha.

We tried several dishes and went with the recommendation of the pappardelle. It wasn't my personal favorite, so I wouldn't mark the restaurant down simply because it didn't suit my taste. I will say, though, that both my date and I felt the braised ribs had a flavor and texture that reminded us more of canned tuna. I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

We ordered the Diavola pizza and a peach salad to share. The pizza has a nice crust, but everything else about it was nearly flavorless. No heat or spice at all. Salami seemed cheap. Lots of basic supermarket black olives, if that is your thing. The peach salad... First glace it looked like they forgot the grilled peaches. Then, we find the small crouton-looking things on the plate WERE the peaches. They were not fresh, they were tiny, shriveled and had the texture of a dried peach. Also, cold. Probable been in a cooler for a few days. This was terrible, no excuse for this garbage. The greens and dressing were good, in fairness. -Service was just OK. Server was a little hard to understand, and took a very long time to come take our order. He was friendly enough I suppose, but a bit awkward. Verdict: We will not be back. Nice looking place but the food was absolutely sub-par. How this food earned 4 and a half stars on Yelp is one of God's great mysteries.

One of the things I like most is that the selection is always changing. Almost every visit we find something new that isn't available at the larger grocery chains. This time we were surprised to see an Estonian vodka that used to be quite popular where we lived before. It was a fun and unexpected find. They also have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and the meat prices are often very competitive. We've compared them with other stores we shop at, and Grocery Outlet frequently has some of the best deals. I also enjoy browsing their selection of cheeses, salsas, dips, sauces, and specialty items. There are always interesting products to discover, which makes shopping here a little different every time. If you're looking for good prices, unique finds, and a grocery store that's worth checking regularly, this is definitely a place I'd recommend.

A woman clerk (an Indian woman) was checking me out and she didn't even bag my items. She just looked at me and expected me to bag them. She continued to watch me didn't even help (I should mention no one else was in line behind me.) She was also wearing gloves. What was up with that? Normally, I wouldn't care, but I'm nursing an injury. Also, a few of my desserts were leaking chocolate. So, when I mentioned it to her she told me to just put them back where I found them. (Um, hello?? back in the freezer section and all gross??). I declined and put them outside the aisle. No sense it another customer buying them and getting sick. Makes me think they aren't careful about safety/health issues.
