I made dinner reservations for 4 people. Once we arrived we were promptly seated by the amazingly beautiful hostess. From there on things went downhill. Our server stopped by. He didn't introduce himself. Took our order for 2 appetizers (Calamari) & (Burrata) we added 2 pieces. Total rip of $8 extra for 2 TINY pieces of burnt toast with a small piece of Burrata. Someone else delivered the food. I asked him if he was our server and he said no, and just walked away. Holy moly the portions were tiny for the price $42. We were thoroughly unimpressed by the calamari. Looked like an appetizer for one person. The other app was tiny as well. Must be a family run business because everyone looks alike. We must've sat there 10 to 15 minutes after we finished our appetizers for anybody to come by. Looking at everybody else's main dishes, we are thoroughly unimpressed and decided to go somewhere else and not risk being disappointed again. This place is way overpriced for what you get. Two days earlier we went to an Italian restaurant called Bella Maci on Sutter St and it was amazing !!! I highly recommend checking them out. The kid said his favorite food in whole wide world is pizza so we took him to Fiori on his birthday for some gourmet pie. We were delighted with the pizza and pasta and will be coming back again. When we walked in the restaurant was spacious and nicely decorated. They could seat a good amount of diners in there. We asked for the sun room which was bright with a nice view of old town. The pizzas were loaded with fresh ingredients and the crust was nice and light. I had the parpardelle and it was loaded with pulled pork and the noodles were silky smooth. We also tried the eggplant parm and it was very fancy, much better than the TJ frozen we usually eat. I had a bite of the rissotto and it was nice and smokey from the truffles. They gave us free focaccia bread with oil and vinegar dipping sauce. The service was really good and they even brought out a free birthday dessert for the kid. I made a reservation and mentioned we were celebrating the kid's bday in the notes, which made it nice I didn't have to tell them after we arrived. We went in on Sunday evening around 5:30pm and were seated immediately. My only complaint was the service, we had to call the server to put order and ask for water refill. When my husband asked for the check, the other server was quickly rushed in to clean our table while I was just finish my last bite. - Margerita pizza: love the crust! The pizza was cheesy and the tomato sauce was good. - Butternut squash gnochi: the white sauce was very creamy and delicious. I had a great early dinner at Fiori on Memorial Day after spending some time on the water. We sat outside as it was a beautiful day, and it was fun to watch the world go by. If I could rate it 3.5 I would, had a reservation for 7:30. Upon entering the decor was modern, they have led signs that are cute for pictures. I will only speak to the food I ordered, which was the lobster bucatini ($40) & the chicken piccata (27) The lobster bucatini was beautifully presented however the overwhelming smell coming from the lobster tail was unbearable, the color was a little off and it was incredibly salty to the point where I could not eat it. The chicken piccata was okay! I love capers but the amount of lemon juice that was on the chicken was just too much. The mashed potatoes and greens were delicious. The bread and balsamic olive oil mix are TO DIE FOR! The drinks are really tasty and had us buzzing before our food came out. A lot of good options. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed by the food -- don't get me wrong, it was fresh and flavorful, but it bit lacking in depth of flavor in some areas. We got the pesto gnocchi and a pizza. I can't put my finger on it, but it was a really good experience in a really beautiful place to eat in and very lively. Would love to come back to try some other other pizza pizzas. I wasn't planning to eat here, but neither Waze nor Google Maps could find the restaurant I was looking for, and my back up was closed due to Thanksgiving. The restaurant is situated in a charming area in Folsom that's bursting with character. Parking seemed fairly limited, so allow extra time to find a spot. Complimentary focaccia bread with a balsamic and olive oil dipping sauce was served to start. A nice surprise given so many restaurants are charging for bread these days. I started with the Red and Gold beet salad, which was one of their specials. The beets were cooked perfectly and paired well with the walnuts, cheese and dressing. Wanting to keep things healthy, I had the Salmone Sicilian as my main. The salmon was wild, cooked to perfection and accompanied by perfectly cooked potatoes and a few pieces of sliced squash and zucchini. The deserts all sounded amazing but I ran out of room. There is a charming outdoor patio with blankets to keep you warm should you dare to eat outside when the weather is cooler. All in all I had a fabulous meal that exceeded my expectations. I love the fact that there are a lot of organic options on the menu. The waitress was from Turkey and very attentive and professional. The entire restaurant is beautiful from the entrance to the dining room. There's a lot of natural lighting and it goes perfectly with the interior of the restaurant. Ordered a margarita pizza, Caesar salad and Caprese Salad. Margarita pizza tasted amazing! The sauce was sweet but taste fresh. I would only recommend having a little more solid crust, it flopped when we took it from the pizza.(just my preference nothing negative) The Caesar salad was amazing, fresh, crisp and had fresh Parmesan on top. Very refreshing. The Caprese salad was also fresh, but from previous reviews I was expecting heirloom tomatoes but I think was given Roma tomatoes? We were driving by the street and were attracted by the vibrant atmosphere of the cute patio at this little Italian restaurant, so we decided to stop in and give it a try. The food was delicious and clearly made with care. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. My favorites were the burrata and the spaghetti carbonara. Hubby and I needed a break from several stressful months. I had been craving pasta, crab, and when we looked at the menu outside of the restaurant and saw crab linguini and in we went. The menu didn't mention anything about the dish being spicy and sadly the plate of Crab Linguini brought out by the waitress was so spicy my eyes began watering and it was so hot/spicy I was only able to eat a few bites. I had the waitress bring additional lemon slices which failed to improve the situation. My husband likes spicy food and even he was unable to eat the leftovers which ended up in the garbage. We drive up from Roseville to eat at Fiori, and so far we've been three times, it has quickly become the place I take out-of-town family. My seafood linguine offered a fair amount t of shrimp, but what happened to the rest of the seafood? True with a chicken pizza, the shredded chicken was non-existent. Then I was disappointed when we asked for additional Parmesan. The Parmesan was served in a small dish to share amongst the table. Take a lesson from Olive Garden. A friend recommended we try this place for the 1st time since it's a newer restaurant and Italian is my favorite. I'm glad we did. The service from our waiter was great. He was very attentive and made great recommendations from the menu. He also made adjustments like when they ran out of their pistachio cannoli dessert he offered to add the pistachio topping to the nutellino dessert for us. My friend loved the butternut squash gnocchi appetizer with the gorgonzola cream sauce. So he offered to add the butternut squash to the sacchetti pasta which, had the same gorgonzola cream sauce. We shared the caiazzo pizza and had it without red onions. It was so good. The sweetness from the pear balanced out the sharpness from the cheese. The crust wasn't dry but soft and had a great flavor despite being a thinner crust. The bread you get with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings was so good. I could've made a meal out of the fluffy bread and tasty olive oil and balsamic dip. I'm not sure which seasonings were in there but, it was one of the best I've had and we kept asking for more. We shared the butternut squash gnocchi appetizer with gorgonzola cream sauce. That sauce was to do die for and the sweetness from the butternut squash was good too and there wasn't too much of it. Since we both loved that sauce to where we dipped the bread in it, we ordered sacchetti pasta which had the same gorgonzola cream sauce. This pasta tasted fresh and the sweetness from the pear inside wasnt over powering but balanced out the sharpness of the cheese in the sauce and in the pasta. It was soooo good. Then for drinks I had the Amalfi coast cocktail which our waiter recommended. It wasn't too sweet or strong. It was citrusy and refreshing, it was so good we had 2. For dessert we shared the Nutellino dessert with pistachio added on top which was a pastry with Nutella stuffed in it. Topped with strawberries and whipped cream. It was delicious and rich. The only thing is once it started to cool off the pastry got a little tough and was pretty thick. So you had to really cut into it as it cooled off since it was served warm. But it was delicious regardless. We also each had a hot latte which comes with a double shot of espresso. This is some of the smoothest espresso I've had with no bitterness whatsoever. It honestly probably didn't need the sugar we added. It was so good. I'll definitely be back to this gem that had awesome service and delicious food. read more

I believe this is where Chicago Pizza used to be not sure the timing on the opening date . I definitely recommend making reservations this place gets packed .
