I didn't have my mat and the studio had absolutely everything including high quality manduka mats and even sweat towels for me to use during my practice. The space was beautiful and for my first hot yoga experience I was very pleased. I took the 5:30 Happy Hour class (which was a power yoga and very fast paced). I simply practiced at my own pace and skipped things that didn't work for my body. I didn't feel any pressure to "perform" and left feeling stretched, strengthened and centered. I'd definitely use this studio again next time I visit my cousins!

Well, six weeks into coming to TDM three days per week I started seeing real results. The gap in my abdomen that started as four fingers had reduced to two fingers. I love results I am seeing! This is a great total body workout that leaves you feeling invigorated. It's challenging without making you sweat from head to toe. The music helped keep you on pace and even as a beginner, it was easy to keep up while getting a great workout in. I enjoyed how easy it was to follow along and how you shifted focus across the body so after 45 minutes, you really felt the difference. Don't be fooled - this is hard! I have been biking most of the summer and had previously practiced yoga and neither could prepare me for the workout my muscles were going to get at PB! The Wexford studio is spacious and very chic. The lobby area has an open floor plan and allows for free movement of students coming in and out of class. There is a variety of workout clothing and PB apparel and bottled water for purchase. The instructors give new students a quick tour of the facilities and PB provides all of the equipment you'll need for class (ball, mat, weights, and tension tubes). The class is 60 minutes of focused muscle sculpting that will get you toned and strong in no time! Motivational music (read: pop/dance) is pumped into the room as the instructor takes you through the movements. I found myself having to take a few breaks...which never happened in yoga! I seriously had a hard time walking out of there tonight but feel great! I know I'll be sore tomorrow but will be returning to PB as soon as I can!

While you're in class, they're looking up who isn't a member yet and when you come out they target you before you leave. At first you think they're being nice asking how the class was but then they go straight into trying to get more money from you. They actually called me on the phone on a Saturday morning trying to get me to buy a package. I work in corporate marketing and I go to yoga to relax. I certainly don't want a sales call from a studio. This is not it. I'll be sticking with Salt Power Yoga and going back to Solidcore just so I don't have to deal with the extra stress.

The staff and members were friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and polished. It is definitely expensive, but you can see where the money goes.

The outdoor pool area is amazing. The music isn't too loud and the kids all play nicely together.
