He was only able to do the outside windows as i work all the time. But i would like him to come back and do the insides as well. My prior review had AJ leaving our property unannounced only to text me saying he didn't think we were a good fit and couldn't exceed our expectations. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated at his lack of professionalism. I received a text from him yesterday out of the blue and to his credit, he apologized immensely and owned up to just being more busy than he could handle. He offered to come by today at no charge to do the windows. As a Christian, I belive we all need second chances since none of us are perfect. I contacted the owner Chris via Yelp for a quote to clean the windows (about 20) in my two story townhouse. He replied promptly and gave me a quote of $175. The following week he arrived 10-15 minutes early for the appointment and after I showed him around, he got to work. About two hours later he was finished; he cleaned inside/outside and the screens. Its been a while since I had the windows cleaned and does it make a difference! Chris is very friendly and works hard, leaving the windows spotless and his customers satisfied. I had my windows cleaned by Streak Patrol this morning for the first time. I've used many, many window cleaning companies over the years and Streak Patrol did the nicest job of any others! They were courteous and professional from the first phone call to the moment they left my property. With this COVID-19 thing going on I had some concerns about the possibility of them bringing the virus to my home from previous jobs. Chris was perfectly pleasant about explaining the measures they take to assure that all of their equipment is sanitized and cleaned in disinfectant between jobs. He explained that his background in fire fighting has made him very aware of proper sanitizing procedures. His explanation left me quite comfortable. Leonard arrived on time and again assured me about my concerns. Leonard did a truly superb job of thoroughly cleaning my windows, sills and screens, pointed out any flaws in my windows and then went back through every room to inspect his work. I have never had anyone do such an excellent job (and I am really particular.) He also took great care with all of my furnishings and belongings.
