We purchased a house that had both bug screens and sun screens. The windows had not been washed in quite a few years and there were hard water marks along with a mystery residue. This is how customer service is done! I called Chris and set an appointment for a few days away. He texted a confirmation the day before our scheduled time, and Mike (our tech) called when he was about 30 minites away. Mike did a walk-around the house, gave us a veey reasonable price, and got right to work on the outside. He did a fabulous job, and even brushed off the sun screens. When he left a few hours later, the windows were sparkling, and the view was so clear. Mike was respectful of both our property and our time. Highky recomment Streak Patrol and will only use this company. Oh, Chris followed up with a text the next day to make sure we were totally slhapoy with the work. Not only did AJ not show up as agreed, but when he did show he left squeegee streaks and did not remove small spots of "stuff" on the window panes. Admittedly he gave us a $40 discount on this price, but that is not going to help when we have to hire another cleaner to redo AJ's work. read more

He was only able to do the outside windows as i work all the time. But i would like him to come back and do the insides as well.
