This is how customer service is done! I called Chris and set an appointment for a few days away. He texted a confirmation the day before our scheduled time, and Mike (our tech) called when he was about 30 minites away. Mike did a walk-around the house, gave us a veey reasonable price, and got right to work on the outside. He did a fabulous job, and even brushed off the sun screens. When he left a few hours later, the windows were sparkling, and the view was so clear. Mike was respectful of both our property and our time.
