No call; no show!…read more I had an 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning appointment scheduled with this company for an estimate on a potential job. 8:30 a.m. came and went. No call; no show! I waited until about 11:30 a.m. and pulled the plug, giving up and realizing I have been stood up. Mind you, I work night shift, so I worked the prior Friday evening and got out of work at 4:00 a.m. . I shuffled home and got a few hours of rest and made sure I was awake, dressed and ready for them by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to meet these guys, like a responsible human being does. My sleep was interrupted and my entire day was ruined because of this; only because some inconsiderate and irresponsible people can not manage to show up when an appointment was made in advance. They did not even have the decency or courtesy to call! I was livid! There is another review out there nearly identical to mine from another reviewer, so this company seems to have issues sticking to a date. As the matter of fact, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt to allow the entire weekend, plus the entire following Monday to contact me, before I have decided to leave this review, just in case they have recognized their mistake and called, apologized, showed up or whatever else. And still, I have been ghosted completely. It doesn't surprise me any, though. The phone call we had previously to schedule the appointment sounded somewhat unprofessional in tone and in people skills. And the evening prior to the scheduled appointment, I never received any reminder/confirmation call by them. None of this is shocking. Based solely on their incompetence to not call or show up for an appointment is enough to let everyone know how this company operates.
