Texted several times to ask what time he was coming. No response to texts and voicemail was full. Finally called the sub at 2 pm and was told he was busy all day and Rahn never told him to do my job. When one of the springs on my Parents, garage door broke, it really put a damper on their Daily Senior Center lifestyle. Typically, if your garage opener breaks down... you are still able to pull the latch, on the middle of the track, so you're able to open the door manually. But when the springs break... The door will not open, because it's the tension of the springs that allow you to raise and lower the garage door. I called a few different places unsuccessfully, before using the "Request a Quote" feature. After a few replies on Quotes via email. Rahn @ Streamline Garage Doors replied by picking up his phone and calling me. Considering he was the owner, and shared how important it was to educate people on their options, Rahn and I were on the same page. After the initial conversation, I was up to speed, on springs cycles, and its relevance- depending on how often the garage opens and closes. Since my folks, use the garage as our main point of entry- over the front door; it was necessary to special order spring cycles with a longer life expectancy. So, Rahn decided to come out on a Saturday Morning @ 8am with his 3 year old son, who was very well behaved. He had new springs replaced, warrantied his product, and even pre-booked a courtesy follow appointment a few months out. Wrapped up in 30 minutes, and they were on their way, to enjoy the day. As a business owner myself, I don't like to leave any negative review unless no intention to fix the issue with unbearable reasons. This is the one ! I replaced my garage door for modern look more than a year ago. Here's the nightmare started!! Every few weeks, I've got problems with not opening smoothly, hard to close and loud noise. Then Rahn came to fix it. It looked fine when he was here. As soon as he left, the issues came again in a week or two. At that time, I felt he would show up and be responsible to adjust it. Even though he was slow to show up. But finally he decided not responding to me at all and i can't use my garage at all!!! He intentionally waited until the warranty elapsed and ignored me completely now. With spending that much money, all it brought to me is frustrating, wasting my time and not functioning at all!
