If you are a minority, specifically a Black person, you and your child would not be treated like other races. Their rules are broken for "non-Blacks" but a Black person is expected to follow them at all times. You and your child would be made to feel uncomfortable and bringing the issue to the staff only makes you feel more ostracized. I have been strongly considering sending my daughter back to public school. They claim to be more advanced in their studies than a public school, but my daughter is reading a book that she read in Public School three years ago. I am so disappointed in myself for choosing this school. The way that I feel treated by them is not against the law, but I do feel that it is a moral issue. Is this really the Catholic faith?

Now, I dont know if this is just because it is a Catholic school or what, but it is sooo CLEAR that the teachers INVEST themselves into the children there. I'd be willing to bet the public school children do not receive the same amount of attention and love and understanding and CARE that this school gives to it's children- regardless of whether or not they are Catholic, or if they are a child with "Special needs" or whatever. This school loves it's children, it is so clear. This school is absolutely on the up and up - you can see it in their rapidly growing enrollement numbers.

I also like the fact that the school is a bit smaller than other schools. Unfortunately we had to move out of district last year, but will be returning again this summer. The teachers are knowledgeable and show such love and concern for the students. The school is like a family. Highly recommend for everyone looking for an awesome Christian education.
