Literally the best birria tacos I've had. Nice and crispy, not too much cheese, perfect! The service was fast and the young lady taking the orders was nice, inviting, friendly and very easy to talk to. Restaurant was clean and comfortable to sit and talk in. Will definitely be returning. 10/10

It was easy to find, and crowded, but the line moved quickly and the wait for our food was pretty quick. We each had a 13.5" quesadilla. Mine was cheese and I was stuffed with half of it. Definitely didn't need the 13.5". My husband had the large quesadilla with everything. It was very juicy (I.e. he got it all over his clothes) and tasty he said. It, like mine, was too much food for him to eat. Overall it was a very good experience. No "ambiance" - it's just a little shop in a strip mall, but that was ok with us.

Where have you been all this time Steet Queen? Your food and service are nothing less than exceptional! I decided to take advantage of your taco Tuesday special which included three tacos, rice, and beans. And since it had been forever since I had a quesadilla, I decided to get one of those too. Wow, wow, and wow every bite of the quesadilla was crunchy and had a great hint of salt and savor. Honestly it was one of the best quesadillas Ive had in a very long time. Now the Taco Tuesday special was delicious as well. Three well stuffed carne asado tacos with onions and cilantro and three limes on the side along with thick cut grilled onions! I got double beans instead of the rice and I loved that the beans were thick and whole! Every bite of my meal was amazing and I have tons of leftovers for just $15!! I see why their restaurant was so packed. They take lots of love and care into their food and it so shows! I will be back.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. I ended up getting a cheese burrito with barely any beans. It was absolutely disappointing and I couldn't eat it. I cut it open to show the ridiculous amount of cheese that was used.

Reasonable prices but just note the cc surcharge (9/2023)

Located about 2 miles west of I-10 this makes for a delicious stop when visiting the outlets in Florence. We've been here twice under such circumstances, both times around 5-6pm and it's always been busy, with a short line of 5-6 people in front of us. They don't take phone orders or reservations. There are just two tables that seat 6 and then a bar-like slab that circumnavigates the interior walls with about 8 bar stools. No bathrooms, bring wipes! The best items are the quesabirria tacos because they have a substantial amount of meat and are perfectly pan-fried ($3.50) and the birria ramen soup ($10) - despite the ramen tasting more like it came from a ready-made dry ramen package that was reconstituted, the soup and the birria were delicious. We've also had their quesadilla which comes with carne asada topped with a bit of sour cream and guac. At 6 inches in diameter it's a good buy for $5.25 but we felt the cheese was overwhelming and the quesadilla too salty. Finally, the al pastor street taco ($2.25) had good flavors but the pork (small/chopped cubes) was a bit dry. Toppings (grilled onions, chopped onion; cilantro, cabbage) were all super fresh and plentiful. We will continue to drop by whenever in Florence! Parking is sufficient in the front of this tiny strip mall. Expect to wait about 6-8 minutes to receive food with no line and, more typically, about 20 minutes when there is a line. Ordering is done at the counter (with the "tablet spin" to answer a few questions) and you bus your own table when you're done. Note: there's an unannounced 4% surcharge for using a credit card.

Awesome tacos!!! We stopped in for lunch. Group of four and first time for each. It's a fast food style place where you order and grab a seat if you're dining in. The service was friendly and the food cake out quickly. The restaurant has a simple layout with limited seating but takeout is also an easy option. Our entire group was super happy with their order and vowed to return soon. Enjoy!!!

The food is really good but a little pricey. My favorites are the Birria Ramen and the Carne Asada Quesadilla.

It was not super packed so I was able to walk up and quickly order a couple of tacos-an asado and carnitas. Unfortunately they were out of the el pastor, but that just gives me a reason to come back, right?!? And I do plan to come back as both of my tacos were stuffed with meat, cilantro, and onions. The tortillas were super soft and held mostly everything together, which I was not happy by the fact some of the ingredients may have been lost, just means I have to use a fork. The sauces that were included were full of flavor and added a great pop to the tacos. As long as I am out here I plan to return to Bebo's!!! A must! Gracia por todo!

I also ordered a Sonoran Dog which was wrapped with bacon and cooked well. I loved the bun that they use, it's not your typical hotdog bun and it wraps around the hot dog. The service was really friendly. What sets this spot apart was the salsas. Both the salsa roja and verde had more depth of flavor than most other spots I've been to. They should make chile rojo out of it.

From the get go the hostess is very friendly and seated us at a booth when we requested if we could move from the tables. The chairs are a little TIGHT and I'm a big girl! The salsa and chips brought to the table tasted so fresh and the salsa was perfect! Our server was so friendly and welcoming, offering advice on the (kind of overwhelming) huge selection of food they offer. The inside ambiance and decor wasn't anything of note but the background music was perfectly balanced, some restaurants be blasting music, this location did not. The food was spectacular. We got a cheese/chorizo appetizer that was so mouth watering, based on that dish alone we were happy. My husband ordered an omelette and I ordered the steak fajitas. The food was brought out quickly and it was so delicious. From the refried beans, to the omelette my husband had, we were so satisfied and full! We even had extra to go home with. 100% will be back to try more of their food and some of the amazing looking drinks from their menu. Do yourself a huge favor and visit them today!

Inside is pretty fantastic, especially if you like a festive feel with lots of TVs to keep up with your sports while you dine. Our server was new, and said he couldn't make any recommendations on food because he hadn't tried anything. We chose combination plates to try different things. I'm always wary of Mexican restaurants that make you pay for chips and salsa. Yes, the salsa is made to order tableside, but to not even offer a red sauce to go with entrees!!! Oh you can buy some - made tableside. This is a big miss! Food presentation was nice, especially the small salad with radishes. You get 1 small cup of green sauce if you want sauce to go on your items. Didn't understand the meats all being done on the trompo. Usually pastor is done that way, but not asada etc .. The menu is attractive but seems disjointed - not a lot of description on dishes, and because of how it's presented, not a lot of variety. For example, a taco dorado is often a hard shell taco as opposed to soft or street taco style. Their dorado is a potato taco? Is it like a flauta? Took a while to get my beer, and my water glass was empty a very long time until I asked our server to fill it and for another green sauce. That never came until I reminded him when he brought our tab. He didn't check on us at all during our meal, but hung out in the bar area. That's right, he was new. Hope he improves because most guests won't dig his style of service.
