Was craving a burrito and didn't want filiburtos. My friend recommended this place so I wanted to give them a try. The cashier, Juan was friendly. I ordered the steak burrito and a can of Coke. My bill came out to $15 and some change with a 15% tip. The cashier brought my food to my table with salsa and napkins. I appreciated it. The inside is very clean and decorative with pleasant music playing. The burro was good, a little bit too much beans for me. Next time I'll probably request easy on the beans. The salsa was spicy. I tried my very first Sonoran duke hot dog, and it was delicious! I also had asada, lengua (cow tongue), and cabeza (cow cheek) tacos--in flour tortilla. Asada was meh all right, but lengua and cabeza were amazing!!! Lengua was very tender and succulent--probably one of the the best lengua tacos I've had. I was hoping this could be the taco spot of casa grande and it falls short. The birra tacos lacked flavor as if they skimped out on the seasoning and that's after soaking them in consomme with onions and cilantro. The same with all the meat. We love this place! My kids are extremely picky eaters and they demolish their food every time we come here. It's super chill and the girl at the register is always friendly and patient with us. Few notes to remember about this place: This place is more like a Chipotle than a full on restaurant. Paper plates, plastic ware for utensils You get the picture...you order then go sit down. NO chips offered for the table. Not available. Menu is limited. Tacos with a variety of meat choices or Birria (beef stew?) or some corn stuff. Those are your choices. I had chicken tacos. Tasty meat but had multiple iterations of gristle/joint parts in the meat. Tortillas were very good. So the confliction...thought this was a full on restaurant, nope! Paid over $70 for 4 folks to eat at a pseudo restaurant, more than I would've expected. So some of the disappointment is my fault but some is theirs. You decide! read more

This place rocks! I love the simple menu. The food seems fresh and real, not like the usual greasy fast food around here. I had tacos de asada and beans and my partner had a caramelo de asada. The salsas were delicious and I liked that I could add what I wanted on my taco myself. Also, I have celiac disease and have to be very careful around gluten. The kitchen seemed very clean and so I went out on a limb to try their tacos with corn tortillas. I didn't get sick, so I'm very impressed. Although I know it will be hard not to compare their food taste, I can honestly say these tacos are good. Definitely try the Carne Asada and Lengua tacos. They serve all tacos meat and tortilla only and you get to add whatever you want from the Salsa/Condiment Bar. From fresh pico de gallo and variety of salsas some for taste or spicy() they have been adding new items to their menu like Menudo ( serve weekends only Sundays excluded) and Carne asada fries as well as Birria.Those are my next items in the menu to try next time read more

This is one of my local favorites. The carne asada is their best meat choice as the others are a little hit and miss. Portions are just about right and the food has the amazing flavor of fresh home cooked food. Try the Carne Asada Fries with a friend or two. They are an amazing guilty pleasure. Finally a place in CG that has Sonoran hot dogs! It wasn't the best Sonoran dog I've ever had but it was very good. I also tried Birria here for the first time and it was delicious!
