They wouldn't warranty the work because, "oh, that was the previous owner." I would only take an older vehicle here that you, not something you plan on keeping a long time. I feel they use less than quality (tubing) materials, which rust out fast, but will admit they are fast. Whatever they did lasted 2 or 3 years. Last muffler they put in, had a hanger built in, but they didn't attach to the frame. The extra weight then carried by other hangers and broke pre-mature. Just stopped in again and guess what, same guy still doing the shop work, but once again . . . the business has a new name. It's no longer ME. Not sure what the deal is here, but seems something weird. Doesn't feel right. They gave me a price *(which is now double the price of my last exhaust system) but it was just as high as the name brand places. That being the case, I'll go with the established Muffler outfit this time. They'll still be "Fluffy" if I need any warranty work. I only stopped by to see if I could save a hundred bucks or so.

The work was outstanding along with the atmosphere all the folks are very friendly and kept me…read moreinformed of the work done on my 2003 Ford Ranger. I normally don't recommend company's "BUT" in this case I highly recommend Me Auto. I will be taking all my vehicles back to have repairs done, thank you to the staff for a very pleasurable experience

Thank you Willie's Garage. I want to share a story with the yelp community about Willie's…read more We started taking our vehicles here in the fall of 2022. At the time it really never occurred to me to do a yelp review for an auto mechanic. This is long over due. We would always take our cars to the dealership for any type of service. And never thought twice about it. In September of 2022, we had an issue with our Lincoln MKC where the engine light kept coming on. Like clockwork we took it to the local Lincoln dealership in Westlake , where we purchased it from in 2016. At the time this was happening there was around 60k miles on the car. After doing some initial online research about why the engine light would come on, the thought was something that it could be fixed with it not being too costly. After going to the dealership to diagnose and attempt to fix the car, we got an astonishing diagnosis. Per the dealership the engine needed to be replaced!!! Upon getting this news I was stunned. How in the world a car that was maintained well with only 60k miles need a new engine that was 6 years old??? Expressing my frustration with the dealership they did not offer any alternate solutions except to give a "discount" on being a valued customer the last 6 years. The original quote for a new engine was close to 8k and with our "valued customer discount" they took it down to 7k. Still digesting this information I was in shock that this was the only option or having to get a new vehicle. Now, the good part. Once I came to the realization of this, I started asking family & friends about any local mechanics they use that are trustworthy & honest for a second opinion. I got Willie's Garage information and made an appointment for them to have a look. Around $800 total the car was fixed!!!!! Ever since that , we do not take our cars anywhere else for service. Today we sold the MKC. It was bitter sweet as it was a reliable vehicle for the 8 years we had it. Thank you to Willie's for having an alternate option on repairing the vehicle two years ago. In today's environment I find it challenging encountering businesses that have their customers best interest in mind and not their profit. Willie's has made a life long customer out me & my family. Good work, honest service and more than reasonable prices for repairs. If you are looking for a good mechanic I highly recommend going to Willie's!

72 point safety inspection. Check this out. Bought a 2009 Passat for son about 7 months ago. Since…read morethen we have put about 5k on. I haven't put a review on until now because I was chaulking some issues up to just buying a used car. Well it's about to boil over. The owner is a "used car salesman" to the stereotypical T! When my wife saw the car online I went and had a quick look. We were in a bit of a hurry and negotiated $500 off or so for a cash price. I took it for a test drove and mentioned the dash kit up like a Christmas tree. (Warning lights) he said he'd bring it to the mechanic and run a scan. Just a heads up sometimes when they run a scan to get rid of the lights all they do is reset the computer, that's exactly what they did with this vehicle before I bought it. So I'm fairly excited to give my son his new car and head back to a place where we were going to store it until his birthday. It was about 12 miles away. When I got off the highway the car was losing power and started a meeting tons of white smoke out of the exhaust. I called him and let him know that we had a problem and he acted like he could not believe it. He then asked me to have my car towed back to his shop. I had to pay for the tow. Mind you I had an even on the car for 45 minutes. So as the story goes his mechanic had taken the heads off the car and cleaned all of the cylinders by walnut blasting them. P.S. the mechanic comes right out and tells you how Angelo buys cars that have warning lights lit and has him reset them then never wants to spend the money to have them fixed. I saw pictures of what I was led to believe what is my Volkswagen. All cleaned up and ready to go. Forgive me if I jump around but so many things happened I have a hard time keeping order. I also asked how new the tires were he said they were just put on and the brakes were in great shape almost new. So after it made it back to the mechanic he said he reset the computer again and thinks that something just got stuck in one of the injectors and was holding it open. I haven't seen the check engine light come on again. After I got the car home I had my brother-in-law look over at his certified mechanic and the brakes needed replaced immediately as well as three of the tires. This guy will blow smoke up your end and tell you how he never lets the car leave his lot unless it's in tiptop shape and makes fun of people all around him and offers you some cockamamie warrantee that he doesn't stick by. Read the reviews trust yourself this dude sells lemons. What sparked me to write this review is my son is only driven the car for very limited miles for about six or seven months and I took it in for an oil change there was no oil in the engine and it's leaking all down the back of the block. That being said I've already put $1600 into this car that he had a 72 that's right at 72 point inspection done on before I bought it. Apparently tires and brakes are not part of his inspection, no safety issue there right? Do yourselves a big big favor do not buy a car from this establishment. Now I know he's going to come on here and bash me and tell me that I was perfectly happy when I walked out and why would I do this to him blah blah blah. If you would like to instant message me I can show your receipt and pictures of everything I've spoken off I even have copies of all of his texts that speak about what we have posted above.

I tried calling the numbers they had listed on a sign on the door (Angelo's and Domonic's) and no one ever returns the call. You can't leave a message at the shop because the voice mail is full. I noticed Domonic posted a car from the lot on FB Marketplace so I messaged him through there and he did respond back but it was very abrupt. I inquired if someone could meet me at the lot so I could look at a few cars and he never responded. You would think they would want the business.....unless it's a cover for something else.
