I appreciated that they have waiting appointments, and that they were prompt. I bought my car from Andy on April 30th. The car buying process was extremely smooth and a fair price was negotiated. Andy was the salesman and did a good job at getting the car ready for sale. I was impressed with the timeliness and courtesy of all the employees I engaged with. Move forward three days and a engine malfunction light comes on. I call Andy and he speaks with his manager Rob and we talk about making things right. So I took the car to a local BMW dealer (I live nearly 200 miles away). The issue was a common one in these model cars, so the maintenance was finished today, and I am to pick the car up tonight. Rob and I came to an agreement on how much they would pay for the repair. I am satisfied with the sale and this process. I only give four stars because the vehicle had issues within a couple days of ownership. Otherwise, the dealership is certainly a 5 Star experience. Iannelli have been so incredibly instrumental in the small repairs I had to make to my XC70 - they dx'd it and gave me a fair price to fix what was wrong, I decided to order the parts and do the simple fix myself and they STILL gave me a discount on the dx work as a first-time customer. When I bought my 09 XC90, they drove it and gave it a thorough inspection for FREE!!! Quoted me on some work that would need to be done down the road and always are fair and honest and professional! I saw a 1990 Nissan 300ZX that they had for sale and I enquired about it. I live in Chicago so I had to rely on pictures and descriptions so I asked how the underside of the car looked. Andy, the sales rep I was corresponding with, put the car up on the lift and sent me detailed pictures from underneath the car! After some more questions and Andy agreeing to have a small exhaust leak fixed, I ended up buying the car sight unseen and having it shipped to Chicago. Andy got me a quote from a shipper they deal with and was inline with the estimates I had gotten online so I went with them. The car arrived and was as nice as it was described. I took it to my local, trusted mechanic and he called the car a "creampuff" one of the best Z's he's seen. OUTSTANDING customer service that goes the extra mile. Rob came to our rescue when my new to me Mercedes broke down while driving back from New York to Indiana. It was Friday at closing time when I called. He stayed over and waited for my car to be towed to his shop. Chris stayed as well and gave us a ride to get a rental car. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and worked with some technical issues that came up. Rob kept me informed of the progress of my transmission replacement as it went through. He coordinated with me so I could return to pick up my car. The car worked flawlessly while driving back to Indiana and continues to give me no problems.
