Brian and Alex Kash base your Market Adjustment on your Race/Age/Gender. I called in, they said they will sell at MSRP for my Lyriq After they saw me when I walked in, starting on finishing the paperwork they tried to add a 15 THOUSAND dollar Market Adjustment on my PREORDER Lyriq (car I won't get for 7 months, not on the lot) after they told me on the phone it was being sold at MSRP. Other cars on their site for SIMILAR price range, in stock, only around 1K Market adjustment. They base your fee on your Race/Gender. They refuse to transfer my preorder for my Lyriq to another dealership and holding it hostage. Do NOT do business with this business. 3205 Medina Rd STE B, Medina, OH 44256 +1 (888) 698-9163

Great selection and easy to work with. Wish we had a dealer local like it. Consider for your next caddy.

I am writing this review only to warn prospective buyers. They wanted to charge $999 for Cilajet…read moreceramic coating that they said was already sprayed on the vehicle I wanted to get and was done so on the morning of my visit. 1. According to what I was told, this dealership spray this coating on all their vehicles and both buyers and leasers have to pay this $999 fee which cannot be declined. Come to find out, other dealerships spray ceramic coating on their cars and do not charge anything for it and will charge the customers who want the warranty for it. What does not make sense is forcing customers to pay for something they did not choose to get or if you leased a car. 2. If you research Cilajet coating, you will see that this coating has to set (cure) for at least 48 hrs and preferably 2 weeks after the coating has been applied before being exposed to the elements and if according to the salesperson I dealth with, this coating was applied on the vehicle I wanted to get on the morning of the sale, so how did the coating have a chance to cure before I take it home and this winter it has been brutal! Also, according to my experience, if you lease a car here, they might round your first lease payment up to the amount you have agreed to pay monthly even if the amount of that first lease to be paid up front should have been less. Upon pointing it out to them, they said it is because of their computer system and that they are fully aware of this error. Despite knowing this error, they did not tell me of this overcharge until it was pointed out to them. I feel like you really need to know what you are doing before you lease/buy a vehicle from this dealership, well, I guess from any dealership, but, mostly this one, you need to really have your guard up, need to really scrutinise all the numbers and to do your research. I feel like the agent I had to deal with knew what to say to lull you into thinking that she was watching out for you, that she was working her hardest to make sure that she got you the best deal but at the end of the day I feel like she did the opposite. On a happy note, I did get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership 3 months later (after much self-educating myself on how not to get ripped off at a car dealership) and I got a MUCH BETTER deal with almost $6K rebates right off the MSRP of $54K before I even stepped into the building, no begging and no surprise charges. I told them exactly what I was willing to pay after having researched what a dealership is willing to work with on this vehicle I wanted and if they can't work with that then I will not enter the building. For this purchase, I even got the dealership to take $25 off the monthly payment after having decided on the final take home price. And I got the ceramic coating for free as I did not choose to get the warranty. And I got the powertrain warranty for the life of the vehicle free of charge. The salesman I dealt with was a very nice, practical guy who didn't push the sale, he told me everything I needed to know and if he did not have the answer for my questions, he found out the answer for me. The finance manager got me the deal I asked for ( the $25/month off after the final amount was bargained for) and I got $100 (in the form of discount on the total amount) for dinner because I had to wait so long to sign the contract due to them being so busy. Mostly though, I did not feel like I was forced into getting things I did not want and I did not feel like I was hoodwinked. Very happy with my purchase elsewhere.

We weren't planning on stopping in there but my step father suggested we take a look. After walking the lot the owner Mark and saleswoman Ashleigh came out to help us. We showed her which vehicles we were interested in and the process began. As she was trying to find the vehicles in the system, owner Mark tried to help by saying let him do it (a bit over eager on his part, she was a newer saleswoman, but you have to start somewhere). We looked at a Jeep Lattitude that was a bit beat up but drove great. We then wanted to take a look at a 2016 Escape that was a bit over our budget, but were curious. Mark let us know that it would but us over our budget but we were willing to do it if the price was right and it was mechanically sound. I drive 60mi round trip for work each day so I needed something reliable. After taking it for a test drive, my stepfather, mother and I talked about it and made the decision to purchase the vehicle. We tried haggling a bit but they wouldn't budge. It was priced about $500 under what it was valued at, but it did have 45k for being 2 yrs old. We were able to get a lower interest rate than what was quoted to us first. We were in and out in about 3hrs. All in all it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly, offered us cookies and coffee, water etc. They made conversation with us while we waited. Do I wish I could have gotten a little lower price for a vehicle with 45k mi and being 2yrs old, yes, but it was the best value we found and the vehicle was in great shape. Ashleigh did a great job for only being there since October and made us feel at home. I'm glad she got the sale. Mark could have backed off a bit at first while she was trying to find the vehicle, but I understand where he was coming from being a warehouse supervisor myself. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The only issues Ive had with the vehicle since purchasing it was the brakes squeal a bit after being driven for awhile (economy rotors installed), the windshield wiper snapped off (probably just a defect in the blade) and the card for the door keypad entry factory code was not in the owners manual, but there are ways around that.

They then came up to $1,500 and the guy at the desk said I either accept his terms or I cannot buy the van. I asked if he would come up $500 mor to get to $2,000 and he said he was willing to loose a deal over $500 because he does it every day and made no differnce to him. He said my car had no value and would go directly to auction, even though i maintained that car very well and just put new tires, brake pads, rotors, and serpentine belt. I was not allowed to see the van until i signed all the paper work and when I finished the paper work, i was handed the keys and was told the van was under the tree outside, no one came to show me how things work. When I opened the van it was clear it had not been detailed, there were toys under the seat, and plastic ad the seats were filthy. They told me they would call to set a time to have it detailed since I did pay for it in the contract, but that never happened. The manager called me one week later after I called numerous times and no one would return my calls or email until I told them that i filed complaints with the BBB, Atorny general and the FTC. and then the manager called me to tell me I was out of luck because they were not going to do anything to help me out, including detailing the van, which I paid for. This company is not honest, they are immoral, and they made threats so that they could make money off my trade in and the van that I bought from them. This place should be avoided at all cost. I was warned but ignored the warnings, so I pray that others will heed this warning and avoid this place like the plague that it is.

What even more concerning is the overall business attitude. The way they handle customers feels careless and misleading. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!
