Streetside Brewery is one of Cincinnati's newest craft beer creators, and calls Columbia Tusculum home. The East End area now has a nice brewery triangle with Blank Slate, Bad Tom, and Streetside, all within about a mile of each other, plus a few restaurants, which makes for a great destination for a day or evening of fun. (I also really enjoy the food and beer selection at BrewRiver GastroPub; burgers at Terry's; a nice meal at Bella Luna; or a casual dinner at Sky Galley.) Streetside features street parking, a patio with a handful of tables, plus seating for a couple dozen inside. The interior isn't all that big, but I especially love that the building itself is much bigger than it appears, and the brewing tanks and equipment are visible from the taproom. It's worth noting that dogs are not allowed inside, as they intend to start serving food in the future (as told to me by someone who works there). The beer itself is pretty good. Got a flight of Alpha (IPA), Raspberry Beret (Berliner Weisse), Tea Bags (blonde ale with green tea), and Super Simple (pale ale). I loved the Alpha and Tea Bags, while the pale ale was good, and I'm not generally big on sours. Still solid across the board. Streetside is a welcome addition to the bustling Cincinnati beer scene. read more

Beers are good.. food is ok, but I saw a lot of people bringing in Eli's so I guess they don't care about that. My complaint is that they are understaffed and the bartender who saw me with my money out for 5+ minutes served her friend behind me first!!! I would have walked out right there if I didn't have a friend on the way. So incredibly rude and bad business! read more

You have to try the Alpha IPA, it is perfectly balanced and hoppy. I live 5 min. down the road and this is my local watering hole. We come here for the hoppy beer and the fun atmosphere. During the warm months they open their windows giving you a cool breeze. Their beer flights are great for a night out on the town with friends or co-workers! read more

Got a flight- which is something I would totally recommend at a place that sells as unique of beers as this brewery does! We went on a Sunday evening and really enjoyed the music that was playing! There seemed to be a group of people playing their instruments gathered at a table. I was not loud at all and the music was soothing. There was a food truck in the parking lot that had PHENOMENAL food. Some kind of doritos appetizer that I still think about to this day. read more

It was very busy when we went , not knowing it was their anniversary. We tried the specialty beers and my husband like the lemon beer but others not so much . Need to go back and try regular beer selection next time. We did get food from the food truck - parm fries and deviled eggs very delicious! read more

Having been to a lot of breweries in the Cinci area I can say this place is far and away the most inventive. They are doing some great stuff here with milkshake IPA's and other sweetish stuff. Worth a trip to get something different than you are sure to get at most of the other local Breweries. read more

The Rasberry Beret was the best beer during our visit. A very good fruit tart. Also tried the Pale Ales and the NE IPA, which we're very drinkable. The tap room is airy and overlooks the brewery - very inviting. Dogs and children are welcome. The food truck fare is another story. What the food lacked in taste was more than made up with grease. We tried a burger, the Mac n cheese and the potatoes. All three choices were bad. Our next stop will not include food. read more

One of my favorite breweries in Cincy! I found this place over a year ago after walking the Lunken trail. And it has been a pleasant experience everytime I go there. The staff is always courteous. Mainly though; the beer is always delicious! So many choices. Sometimes I'll just stop in to pick up a four pack, or a single can. Check the place out! read more

This is a really cool brewery with a lot of potential. Unique variety of beers. Most are pretty tasty. Cool atmosphere, patio, pretty flowers, etc. unfortunately not the most desirable experience with the bartenders. If you "order wrong" or do not like the taste of the beer you order there is no exchange and you're stuck with a pint of something you dislike. Not worried with customer satisfaction. read more

Ugh...why have I fallen in love with fruity wheat beers and now this place is seemingly the only place to get them??? I will say this review is very biased as is my recent love of these damn beers but their berry wheat beers are quite delicious. The place has a cool divey vibe and the clientele seemed nice. Plenty of room inside and on the dog friendly patio, (at least on a Wednesday). I would definitely come back. It's too bad that it's just a little too far out for me to come regularly...or that they don't can any of their delicious berry beers. read more

Great Covid-19 precautions and the setting is great. The beer just isn't good. Really not good. Overly sweet on 3 out of the 4 we tried. the one we liked was a guest tap. The staff while nice enough really would have ratcheted been anywhere else than there. read more

My husband and I stopped in a few days ago with our 6 month old after taking a walk at Lunken. We were very impressed. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I was happy to see a highchair and it kept my son occupied while my husband and I enjoyed a beer and watched the Reds game. Went to Streetside with some coworkers yesterday and really enjoyed it. Tasty beers at a fair price, guest beers, wine and even beermosas. Then they have some simple steamed foods and sides. We got a couple of soft pretzels with mustard. Nice patio area, good setup, and they said they are starting trivia in mid-may. We'll be back! read more

This place is a gem! Love the indoor/outdoor layout. Went here on a rainy summer night and they had all the garage doors opened up. The bartender was super nice and informative and let us try practically every single beer. Speaking of that, the beer is fantastic! Didn't try a single one that I didn't like. Beer is EXCELLENT. We partook of the raspberry beret and Mo'saic Mo'problems. Both delicious, though the raspberry was suuuuuuper tart. Service is MEH. It's not clear when you walk in whether or not there are servers. We ended up ordering at the bar and sitting down at a table. Maybe we're just too old to understand? Food is BLECH. I had the "hamburger sandwich", which was basically hamburger helper on a soggy bun, with an aftertaste of vomit and regret. Clearly we should have opted for the food truck. read more

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon during a Bengal's game. This was our first visit to this place, but we were excited about another new brewery in the area. The space is pretty cool. Very open with a "bird's eye view" of the brewing area. We were a little disappointed that they no longer had their award winning beer on tap, so we opted for a couple of flights to taste the variety. The server was nice and attentive. We were waited on quickly and went outside to enjoy the nice weather. The beer was just ok for me. Nothing bad, just not quite the flavors that I desire. I am sure that they will have others that I will enjoy more and I will stop by again. Cheers! read more

It's a pretty small space for a brewery, but still a great place with some great beers. I love that they offer a lot more than just IPA's plus one or two lighter beers. They had several citrusy brews that were all great. The comedy of errors, a tart apricot pale ale was by far my favorite. This will definitely be my summer beer come summer time if it's still around. read more

The beer is good, atmosphere is nice, and it's close to home! The fact that I can walk the puppies right up the street to a nice spot and have a great beer is awesome. I like that they have guest taps as well as their own beer. The only negative thing I can say is that the guest beers are tad pricey. My bill for 2 beers was $15 last time I was in. Streetside had a nice, open environment with decent beers. My fiancé and I ordered a soft pretzel to hold us off until dinner. All of their food is steamed which made our pretzel very soggy. I recommend going for the beers and skipping the food. read more
