    Cocktail time
    Tyanna M.

I stopped in here yesterday to have a late lunch and a cocktail. I was greeted at the door by a host and chose to sit at the bar. Parking was easy on the street outside the restaurant. I have had this spot on my list for a while. I started with a cocktail, the Soda Italia Mojito and it was so refreshing, bubbly, and delicious without being overly sweet. I ordered an appetizer for my meal. Unfortunately I did not feel well and ended up taking almost all of this home with me. I ordered the Bourbon Wagyu Burrata. This app was hand pulled mozzarella stuffed with braised wagyu brisket and bourbon butter and served with crostini. I just ate this for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The bartender said these are made to order, mozzarella pulled and filled after I placed my order. The atmosphere was cozy and right in the heart of Covington. Both bartenders were super friendly and when I said all of a sudden I did not feel well, they took my meal and put it in a box for me and got me an ice water to go. I will definitely stop in the restaurant again to give something else on the menu a try. Probably will order the same cocktail as it was so good.

Mulligan ... had excellent "Owens" ginger beer

Was my 1st here, kinda have mixed review, because half of the things I did enjoy and the other half not so much! The burrata was good, the char taste of the bread is definitely what brought out the flavor of everything in the appetizer.... The brisket ravioli was definitely the star of the show and wish I got that over my spicy chicken alla vodka. ... chicken was Amazing not a fan of the sauce, the menu claims that it is all vodka. It is definitely more a roasted red pepper does not taste anything like alla vodka at all. So not a fan of that dish..... if anything I would order the brisket, ravioli, and put the spicy chicken on top.... I did enjoy the Mulligan cocktail with the Owens Ginger beer .... Had excellent flavor.

Food prepared with care, delightful service, and a spot surrounded by the fun of Covington- you can't go wrong with a night at Noche. To start, the bread service with that hot honey butter was completely craveable. At this point, I was happy to spoil my appetite with bread and knew leftovers would be in my future! Next, was the one disappointment of the evening- the goat cheese salad. While the fried goat cheese was good, fruit on arugula does not a salad make. The ingredients didn't really cohere together and I would skip it next time. On to the main event- Braised short rib penne was exactly as promised, a creamy, decadent marriage of al dente pasta, bright spinach, and tender beef. That and the bread will keep me coming back for more!

Lovely experience at Noche! I sat outside with some close friends on a perfect spring day, which already set the tone, and the meal kept it going. I ordered the wagyu brisket ravioli, and it was exactly what I hoped for; tasty, cheesy, and genuinely delicious. Almost like southern hospitality meets Italian! The portion wasn't huge, especially for the price, but the flavor definitely delivered. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was fantastic, super knowledgeable about the menu and specials, incredibly accommodating, and somehow managed to keep our water glasses full at all times without ever interrupting the flow of the meal. It's the kind of service that makes you feel taken care of without being hovered over. Overall, Noche is a bit on the pricey side, but the atmosphere, quality, and service made it worth the visit. I'd happily go back, especially on another beautiful day.

This is my favorite special occasion restaurant in Covington! Better than Carmelo's, better than Mama's. We walked in at 8:45 expecting them to be booked up, but the girls at the host stand were so sweet and fit us in at 9. The bar is all open seating and they really cared about our experience and asked what we were celebrating. They got sat within 15 minutes, and our server Yousef was also fantastic! My sister was celebrating a new job, and he brought us champagne and dessert on the house as well as being super knowledgeable about the menu and kind to us. He also went the extra mile of splitting everything for us without having to ask. Cannot recommend Noche enough; they're doing everything right here!

Noche is going to shake things up if they haven't already! This is the old Rich's Proper spot totally revamped. The decor and the exposed kitchen is the icing on the cake. It's dark and moody but inviting. The service was great , I haven't had this good of service in while especially sitting at a table. They do take reservations but they fill fast and I know why. The drinks are boozy and the food is hot and fresh. They make everything daily which had me excited. The server/bartender Scott had great recommendations and did not lead us astray. The chocolate bread pudding ( not pictured ) don't leave without it! The cacio e Pepe with the thin sliced chicken breast, I could eat every damn day. Make sure you pay them a visit !

We had an amazing visit to Noche! We love all Of Chef Alfio's restaurants and this one was just as great! We enjoyed cocktails and a variety of food. For appetizers we enjoyed their seasonal deviled eggs along with the our on Waugh Brisket Burrata, both of which were delicious! Since it sounded so amazing (and was) we both orders the Short Rib Penne. Just melt in your mouth good! We ended the meal with their Bread Pudding which was a great finishing touch! Our server Jeremy was on point throughout the night giving the best service! We are already planning our next visit!

Finally had a chance to try out Noche during Cincinnati Restaurant Week and I highly recommend! No chance the perfect date night . We were greeted as soon as we arrive and actually able to be sat earlier than our reservation. I serve it was very attentive and they always make sure our waters were full and we had fresh silverware for our various courses. He decided to go with cocktails or wine, but there's quite extensive wine list. The braised short rib penne was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. It had a rich, but not very dense sauce. The desserts were very rich, (blueberry chocolate chip bread pudding, and chocolate caramel tiramisu Bundt cake) so after a heavy pasta dinner kind of a lot. But still tasty!

Overall not bad. We had some chicken slider appetizers, deviled eggs, and fundido. Cheese and sliders were excellent. I didn't try the deviled eggs. I got the lasagna which I thought was bland. Tried my friends truffle pasta and was very good. Ambience is great and service was top notch. I just think it needs etching more to stand out with so many new Italian restaurants.

Loved this restaurant. Our server was very helpful & nice. We got the Bourbon Wagyu Brisket Burrata, which was such a unique & tasty dish. The brisket flavor was rich & layered, & the burrata was creamy. The Pasta Rustica was good, the shrimp was fresh & well-seasoned, & the tomatoes were warm & complemented the rest of the dish very nicely. The sauce was a bit watery, which isn't my preference, but it had a good flavor. The ambiance was elevated but still welcoming, & the crowd was very mid-to-late 20s. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would absolutely go back again.

    Deviled Eggs w/ Pork Belly

We had reservations for 6 pm on Tuesday. The place was maybe 1/3 full. Over the next 30 minutes or so the place filled up. It's a relatively small space; I strongly recommend reservations. We started off with Bread Service (Served with herbed bone marrow butter and hot honey butter), Deviled Eggs (the daily this Tuesday was Pork Belly) and Goat Cheese Salad (Fried Goat Cheese served over a prosecco poached apple, fig, and walnut salad, finished with a honey truffle vinaigrette). The bread had a great charred flavor and was soft and crunchy at the same time. I only tried the hot honey butter, which I found tasty with just a twinge of heat. There were five of us and when we ordered two servings of deviled eggs, our server told us they'd bring us five rather than the usual four so we all could try one. The price was split across two bills and I didn't notice whether there was an extra charge for the fifth egg. It doesn't matter, they were good. The pork belly was warm and slightly crispy. It was a unique combo. The salad was absolutely delicious. The fried goat cheese was a taste sensation. It exploded with flavor and mixed beautifully with the apple and fig. The salad was dressed lightly with honey truffle vinaigrette. It was a wonderful bite. There were two Spicy Chicken Penne meals (Penne tossed in a spicy creamy vodka tomato sauce with fresh Argentine relish) at the table, both ordered with a thin piece of breaded chicken. I had a taste and I thought it was pretty good. The chicken was better than I expected (it looked like it might be tough) and the vodka sauce was good. It was not especially spicy. Cacio e Pepe (House-made fettuccine tossed in the flamed parmesan wheel and finished with white truffle oil), also ordered with breaded chicken, received rave reviews. Pulled Brisket BBQ Ravioli (Slow braised brisket tossed stuffed ravioli tossed in a cheddar alfredo sauce and topped with truffle slaw) was very well received. We all received the clean plate award; kudos to the chef. Three Bread Pudding (Bourbon, blueberry, and chocolate chip bread pudding topped with a bourbon caramel sauce) were thoroughly enjoyed. One Cheesecake (Peanut butter and mascarpone cheesecake topped with Bourbon Whip) was ordered. I had one bite and thought it was fantastic. I had Tiramisu Cake, which wasn't on the menu. It was the largest and the lightest of the three desserts. I didn't think there was any way I could finish it, but I most certainly did. Great meal in a comfortable, classy and casual atmosphere. Perfect!

Just went to the brand new restaurant in Covington Let me start with the positives The staff is top notch the bartenders and the hostess wonderful Now the not so good parts The food portion are very small for the price I ordered the lasagna rustica There were barely any noodles or beef all globs and globs of cheese I was hungry when I left Now the chairs at the bar My husband and I are not big people Not super skinny either We could barely fit in these seats There is no way an bigger person could sit at the bar Overall kinda disappointed

Love what they've done with the old Rich's Proper. Great decor and use of space. Make a reservation or they will only seat you at the bar or outside. Solidly busy on a Friday night so the service was a little slow, however Peyton more than made up for it. She brought so many little touches to make the meal go well. From complimentary cocktails, bubbles and a desert sample, the service here is really welcoming. Thanks Peyton! So on to the food, the pair behind Alfio's has totally taken it up a notch with this gem. Every dish was unique, flavorful and left you wanting more. Take the plunge and get the bread service, perfect complement to the meal. I really enjoyed the fried goat cheese tropical salad. Empanadas were as good as expected. Fundido is cheesy and delicious. Standout of the meal is the brisket ravioli. It shouldn't work, but it does and that is extremely special and worth trying. We did not save room for desert BUT got a small sample of the bread pudding and OH MY GOD (imagine me saying that like Janice from Friends) it's a must have. With a bourbon ice cream topper, it melted right in my mouth. Not to be forgotten are the cocktails, lots of fun and seasonal options. The only thing that didn't make the cut was the cacio de pepe. I had high hopes (they toss it in a flaming Parmesan wheel) but I think the fettuccini noodle took away from the experience.

We grabbed a tea around the corner and returned after the party ended. This place is great! What a fabulous selection of brews. Even more extraordinary was the massive selection of alcohol free beers. I've never seen anything like it. Though the partiers lingered a bit, we were able to snatch a comfy table for two by the window. It's the perfect spot for two. Unfortunately I don't recall what I ordered, though I'd remember it if I saw it. Mark had a AF beer and he really enjoyed it. I tasted it and it was delightfully unique. The selection of beer to purchase and take away was huge. I intended to return after dinner, but it was cold and I was too ready to go home. The gentleman running the place was super helpful even though he was managing the party and the remaining party guests as they cashed out with drinks to go. We will most definitely return!
