He is an outstanding person, works on every job as if it was his Grandmother's house. Liz's attention to details is nothing short of amazing. There are times when life throws a curve ball at you and you need to adapt. I've experienced slight delays due to whatever, but when you hire a small company, you need to expect that and build that into your timeline for completing a project. My go to people are Bill and Liz. Everyone I've recommended them to have been extremely satisfied with their work.

Where do I even start…read more Bill and Liz sing a great song when quoting the job, but that initial meeting was the only positive interaction we had. In the initial meeting they gave us a timeline, the first date came and went without a peep from either of them, they gave a new date which came and went as did the following two all with no effort from them to tell us that they weren't coming, we had to reach out to them. Some of the excuses we got were: We fired all our employees We're finishing up a couple other jobs It's our week to have the kids They didn't seem to care at all that they were blowing us off. This alone was so infuriating that we would never work them again, but that's not even the end. At the end they gave a spiel that our patience was saving us money because they were charging us so little, so little in fact that they weren't really going to make any money off of the job. We showed them the job, and they gave us a price, which we agreed to with really no negotiations. We would have happily paid more than they quoted, but they are so poor at running a business they can't even price jobs to make a profit. In the discussions about the job we all agreed that there was some required plumbing and electrical, which they said they couldn't personally do but they would find someone. Based on those conversations we expected that piece of the project to be covered in the quoted price. However in reality what they meant was they would do the leg work to get someone to the house and we would be responsible for whatever the resulting cost was. We would have been fine with that if that had been clearly explained, but instead when it came to light what we got was "this is how we always do it" and "we get this mix up a lot"; but apparently they can't be bothered to be up front about it. Then, 4 weeks after parting ways we finally received a letter from them which should have been a refund check since they did practically nothing. Instead we got an invoice that among valid line items they listed out 6 hours of phone calls to line up a plumber/electrician, and a cancellation fee after they couldn't be bothered to show up, four weeks after the original date they gave us. All said and done, working with them was incredibly frustrating, and a genuine waste of time an money. We wouldn't recommend Bill and Liz to our best enemy.

We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

Says that he will "call me tomorrow". 4 days later: still no phone call. I call him. "Oh, what can I do for you?" Huh??? I try to ask him some base questions about the issues with the chimney. He shuts me down completely and tells me he's not interested in doing the job because he "has a bad feeling about working with me". What a totally unprofessional, incompetent jerk.
