I had a great experience here in 2019 so I decided to go back, the prices Austin offered me seemed to be high for me so I decided to turn down the offer but Austin offered me to lower the price to $200 since I had been a former client. Little did I know he wasn't lowering the price he was simply selling me less sessions (which he never mentioned until the end when I asked) So my advice is if you want to do business here make sure you're reading all the small print in your contracts.

However, not only did they charge me the $15 to come, they then told me I'm not allowed to bring my child because I'm not a paying member. Well I just paid and how can I decide that I want to be a member if they don't let me bring my child to try. And then to top it all off they "don't process refunds themselves" they have to send it out to corporate to process the refund. So long story short, if you have kids, don't waste your time. Get a membership to Paul Derda and you'll be much happier.

Also, due to the current situation only one person was allowed in the pool so it pretty much made it pointless. What I also like about Hyland Fit are their HUUUUGE accessible fitness rooms (3 plus the main 2 gyms) with tons of equipment, massive locker rooms with couches and actual sitting areas vs. a bleacher. Also, there's steam rooms and a dry sauna, all kinds of fitness classes included. This is definitely a much higher end gym without the huge cost!

Idk how the old management was, but this gym is always clean and organized. I rarely, if ever, have to wait for equipment at any point in the day, and this is the same for the 5-7pm "rush." This gym has the largest variety of equipment I've seen and plenty of it. And to top it off, it's very reasonably priced, no annual fees or 12-month long agreements like most gyms. I love this gym. I joined Hotworx in February 2026 and I have been motivated DAILY to workout! I have never sweat as much as I do in the workouts and I get pushed to point of failure in every class (which is awesome because it just means I'm challenged). The staff at the Westminster location is great and makes cleanliness a top priority- which is very important in a sauna environment.
