I have medical documentation from my doctor and am currently undergoing physical therapy as a result of that session. Regarding the administrative issue, while you state the messages were automated, the fact remains that I received multiple appointment confirmations for sessions I did not book, addressed to a different name. Regardless of how the error occurred, this reflects a lack of proper oversight and added to an already distressing experience. As for the unused sessions, my request has always been limited and reasonable: a $129 refund for two services I did not use, not for the session in question. Offering to "gift" sessions does not resolve the issue, particularly when safety is a concern and I am not comfortable transferring services that could potentially cause harm to others. My intent in leaving this review is not to argue policy, but to accurately share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I felt like an elite today walking into The Stretch Zoneeee oh yeah! Sung to the tune of that Ohh Yeah song maybe something to do with Hey Koolaid! That's a very musical pitcher of juice!! So I am greeted by the head desk attendant, an attractive man that explained to me the basics of what I needed to do which was change into my socks and out of my vibram toe shoes that are good for your back. But kind of spoiled now that I've experienced them. Lol Then Amber came and got me and took me back to the table and I sat down and talked to her for a bit! All relevant questions and easy to answer I'm always working towards fitness!! And then I lied face up and Amber stretched me out which was good to great. She says I will feel better for several days to over a week!! And then she explained what she was going to stretch on me and how she was going to do it and then she would push my legs and got my upper body on a few arms crossed in front of me and then!! What happened?!!? I tell you what happened to me Lol, but she reached over top of me and pulled me back and that was a good feel good stretch!! And then she said do boxing hands which I know and had my arms in front of my face and then she grabbed my arms and legs and sat me up and it was GREAT !! I mean to tell you that I loved it being manhandled by anyone is exciting af! So now you got me Lol!! But then she said take a breathe and walk around the facility which was cool and newish styled! Then we sat down and discussed the experience and she explained a discount to get because it was there anniversary so wow that means they've been there a year!! Great work they're doing here! And right now I went in on a free half an hour but it goes longer so give yourself an hour and wear comfy clothes and socks!! read more

I went in for a free consultation and decided to try 2 sessions for 1 month. They had me sign papers but they did not tell me it was a reoccurring thing. I am on limited budget so I just wanted to sample it. I was billed for another month without my knowing it. I called, emailed and got no response and finally they sent me a cancellation but no refund for the second month which I knew nothing about. I am angry. I don't think the services are worth $55 for 1/2 hour. But, buyer needs to be aware of sales people at this franchise. read more

I've been going to Stretch Zone for over a year and have seen a remarkable improvement in my flexibility and also in how I feel generally. I work a desk job and the stretching has definitely helped me feel less stiff and creaky - and improved my other activities as well. Everyone there has been great but Herbie is top notch! This was a 1 star accounting experience. When you get your free stretch, it is basically just to evaluate your body. There's no way they can fix your situation in the first session. I was hoping it will be a feel good massage, but it wasn't that way. When I signed up 3 months ago, Lamont did not tell me. Stretch Zone will automatically renew my services every month. My contract also says, I have to give 30 days notice if I cancel. As soon as I found out, 3 days after I signed up, I contacted Accounting that I don't want to continue for next month. Accounting's respond was charge immediately for next month! Everything is documented. I am lucky I have the strongest credit card company in the world. I only paid for 1 month and did not have to pay any more. I've been observing and did not see any other clients having accounting issues. or posting any YELP reviews. The owner owns 2 other Stretch zones. (Napa and another branch) She doesn't own the Petaluma store, but as you can see there's also accounting issues at the Petaluma stretch zone. If you look at stretch zone's Petaluma store, there are other people with issues who are trying to get refund. I also saw people quitting so there is a high turnover of practitioner in this business. There are ~8 tables for practitioners in a SINGLE room for "therapy" and the waiting room/receptionist is an open room next door. This is open type room where as many as 5 people talk at the same time with normal voice. Talk about background noise! My head was getting dizzy while lying on the table. My practitioner also is very professional, she was the only one that spoke softly in the OPEN room. I waited 3 months to do this review, I was waiting for others to post their experience similar than me.. but don't see any. (read your contract.....-who does? and it's on a tablet with small letters) I just don't want someone get trapped like I did. I hope they changed their accounting policy. I have nothing but good things to say about the stretch zone. I first started here because I was having extreme piriformis pain not just when I worked out but all the time. I was hoping that they would be able to at least diminish that pain. Within the first two sessions, it was improved. The fourth session it was completely gone. Now, when my friends at my doctor asked me how I'm doing with the pain, I laugh and say what pain. I have been struggling with it for like six months. Shorty has been amazing!! After 2 years of having an undiagnosed injury she was able to help me understand and identify the area I was having a problem with. I was able to vocalize properly to my doctor because she knows her craft. Everyone has been very helpful but after 3 months in Shorty has been there every step of the way helping my mobility return. I love my experience at Stretch Zone in Santa Rosa . I am extremely pleased with the work that Alondra has done with me. She's great!! I came to Stretch Zone with very tight and sore muscles. Since coming to Stretch Zone, I've had muscles stretched that I didn't even know that I had. I am also incapable of stretching myself and holding a stretch the way she does for me. REFUND BATTLE: GM I took a demo session to see if this was the fit for me the general Manager was constantly pressuring me into signing up for more sessions. After are demo was finished mind you you can't carry a conversation with Amber when I talk to her she's mute she's didn't care about anything I was saying she just wanted my money. I signed up under pressure and realized the next day this wasn't the fit for me and I don't want to give my business, time nor money to people who are rude and not kind. When I asked Amber if I can come back and think about signing up or do drop in sessions she said "yes but you should just sign up for the $109 session"!!!. Amber said " you can cancel anytime and get your money back. I call back the next day to cancel my sessions the lady at the front desk was very kind and nice she canceled my session for me and said I'll get my money back immediately I said ok I waited 10 business days because I paid for my session with my cash app card i didn't receive my money I called cash app customer service they stated they didn't see any X amount being sent from stretch Zone mind you you can get banned from cash app for "making false claims" and I have Stocks and bitcoin with cash app I can lose all of that just because stretch doesn't want to give me my money back. I call everyday for 4 weeks straights and only had someone pick up the phone two times. 4 weeks goes by I speak to the assistant manager he said I can come In person about this experience why tf would I want to come in person to talk about how rude the Manager was when i just need my money back. The assistant manager said I'll will receive a email confirming my refund 3 days go by never did receive a email. I call back that same day I go in person the assistant manager said we never have problems giving people their money back and the General manager usually doesn't have a issue refunding people apparently she did. The assistant manager said the GM AMBER I'll confirm you're refund tomorrow around 9am after she comes in never did. At 1pm the lady at the front desk said the GM will give me a call back in 15 minutes a hour goes by I don't get a call back I call again the general manager answered the phone this time I was planning on coming back in the location in person to talk about my issues but we both disgust the matter over the phone. she said "why do you want a refund why do you want you're money back you sign up and cancel and you want you're money back!" And I Said don't you have a policy where you can cancel at a certain amount of time and get a refund back she said "where did you see that" I laughed she also laughed now we both laughing I love a good joke. She said ok I'll give you your money back and that I can never come back she said. I said am I gettin my Money back? "yes" she said and I hung up why the hell would I go back to someone who's rude and I had to wait 4 weeks for me to get my money back that is the last thing I'm thinking about is coming back for this bullshit? I injured my knee 2.5 years ago which made walking/hiking really difficult; this was very demoralizing. I tried MANY treatment modalities which helped a bit but not enough to make the simple act of walking down the street a pleasant activity. Stretch Zone was transformative; the assertive (not aggressive) stretching made a huge difference. I can now hike! If the knee starts misbehaving on the trail, I'll stop and stretch.
