Lots of people have quit since I started working there. I wish them the best and hope that they can treat the employees with more appreciation and pay them the wages they earn and deserve. I wouldn't want to support a business that doesn't support their own staff. Two of the 4 office staff had second jobs to pay bills and rent. (I was one of them) I eventually quit to pursue another career in a Longshoreman Union that pays 20$ more an hour. They unjustly fired one of the employees cause she broke her arm and needed extra time off and needed to leave 15 minutes early for her second job just to make ends meet. They don't treat employees the same. Some get away with 3 week vacations while this poor employee got fired on the spot because of things out of her control. Not a good look on the owner who is the head Physical Therapist. Everyone is pretty happy and fun to work with. But I think you can pay your head receptionist more then 17.50$/hr. Fast food workers make 20$/hour. It's a good short stepping stone to gain knowledge and experience of physical therapy and an office environment. Just trying to be honest.

I could not do the types of physical activities I enjoyed and it hurt by the end of the work day. I had weekly scheduled sessions with both Hersh and Andrea with each ti seeing improvement. Hersh recommended the Laser Therapy and this vastly improved my condition. My goal was to be able to ski by Christmas as I was taking my whole family to Utah. I had complete remission of my symptoms and a great ski vacation. This is my second time utilizing the expertise of Hersh and Andrea and both my knee and ankle injuries were completely resolved. The actual doctor (Snyder) left much to be desired. He helped me clarify some things about my situation, but became very short with me towards the end of our time and seemed like he didn't want to help me get my X-rays on a disc (super important because I need to go to another provider closer to home), didn't want to give me a sling and it seemed like I had to argue with him to get what I wanted to be comfortable for the long drive I had home. At a certain point he's like "well I don't know where anyone is so you'll just have to hang out back here until everyone who can do all these things for you gets back from lunch". I guess giving me a sling is below doctor duties. But if everyone else is in lunch you can't just get it for me? So rude Weird interaction. This guy acted like I didn't have an appointment set up for a week and a half that I waited for. Don't go to doctors who don't respect your time and don't respect you coming on time for your appt. I certainly wouldn't get operated on with providers here after that interaction. Who knows, they might leave you half fixed because their lunch is getting cold lmao. I'm a firefighter and have done a 32 hour shift without a lunch. Take notes.

My condition had been going on for several months before meeting with Dave Townsend. My physician had latched on to the idea it was mild arthritis in my hip. That may have been a factor but it was not the principal issue. After a few sessions Dave helped me isolate the problem to fasciitis in my IT band, which was causing my quadricep muscles to cramp, hence the pain. He gave me stretches to perform and patiently manipulated my wretched thigh. His positivity and reassuring demeanor throughout the course of treatment helped me push through. But more…read morerecently had a bad experience, exercises made my issue worse, physical therapist kept telling me to push through it and didn't listen to me when I reported back that it didn't feel good, which just made the symptoms worse and worse. It ended up causing a back issue that I didn't have prior to going in to this physical therapy office. I found a different physical therapist at a different office who has been going through the process much more slowly, and my nerve issues have responded much better. Listen to your body, even if the physical therapist won't listen to you.
