You are getting much more than a physical therapist when you work with them. I don't do recommendations often, but we truly are so thankful and beyond grateful we found Run Raleigh when they first opened. As far as the actual treatment I can not say enough about how well Abby and her staff has treated Brooke and identified injuries/issues that others simply missed or did not properly identify. Brooke has been seeing Abby since her first little nagging issue in the 8th grade. We have sent everyone we know to see her and her team with no hesitation. Very personal and informative about what to expect. We completed some customary forms for personal intake. Once we provided the information and areas of concern - we were instructed to the stretch tables and provided what stretches they would do. The overall session was exactly 30 mins. Of the areas of concern they provided a great stretch. I felt a difference as soon as I got up. At that point, they provided you a plan of action to assist with building up your flexibility. For us, it was a 3x times a week plan for about $400 a month. They do offer $85 sessions as well if you would like to come in and out as needed without a committed plan. I think this is a good option for those looking for this type of thing to assist with their overall health and wellbeing. I would recommend to others, definitely!

My mom found this location via Groupon and signed up for the 2-hour massage. I went yesterday for the first time and all I can say is wow. I have never had a Thai massage before and Carlos incorporates Thai massage with deep tissue healing and it was one of the most relaxing and best body treatments I have done for myself. As soon as you enter the studio, you remove your shoes and relax in the open waiting area. I love the smooth flooring, quiet atmosphere and healing books on the table. You then fill out some paperwork for the first appointment and are ushered into the massage room when ready. The room has a clothing rack, dim lighting, relaxation music and is very tranquil. Carlos works on your kinks and stretches your muscles and body for a full 2 hours. He and his wife are also some of the most interesting and compassionate people you will ever meet. I really appreciated the cause and contributing my donations of size 16 and XL women clothing (some never worn with tags on). I hope this is done more often and there is a clearer sense of direction when entering the space I ended up not staying because I didn't feel a sense of warmth and welcoming atmosphere. I don't believe it was intentional. Overall, I felt it was just an extremely chaotic time and a bit insular.
