When she was walking in, a girl named Alissa walked outside as she was going to open the door and told her that "it just turned 5 past and we can't let you in". I was completely lost for words thinking to myself why Alissa felt she needed to be such a prick. I understand Orange theory has a 5 minute policy for late arrivals, but are you kidding me?!? Yelp, this is a real review. We drove 30 miles to this orange theory. This was very disrespectful. I find it hard to believe the employees were unaware of the construction.
