Their professionalism makes it easy to show up consistently. I took one star off just because I'm not sure the gym is cleaned everyday and the yoga mats in the group fitness room need to be replaced. The sauna in the men's locker room, the red light saunas (with salt walls), hot and cold plunge are all operational. The gym has plenty of equipment to utilize and is NEVER overcrowded! The price for the value is excellent. In many gyms a tier ranked membership gets gym goers into the perks that are all available here for a single price point. The staff are all accommodating as well.
