There is a strong sense of community with everyone that attends, making it a very comfortable environment. After getting hit by a car bicycling 2 1/2 year ago my life and physical health have been in a downwards spiral. I have been trying to get going, but with constant fatigue and pain it has been hard. Then I heard about Marcus Nisbett and Ncognito, so I decided to give it a try. The fact that we are a small group working out together and have a set schedule makes it much easier to stay motivated. I have only been coming here for 3 weeks but is already feeling better and have gained back some energy. It is a nice smaller gym with more of a family feel, and everybody is on the same team with the same goals. Marcus Nisbett is a good trainer, very knowledgeable about the body, which is very important to me with lots of spinal injuries. Him meeting me that day already gave me the impression of great customer service plus his willingness to accommodate his clients. Their facilities are clean and relaxing with several amenities. Due to a relocation, I needed to request an early termination of my membership.
