The prices are on the higher end, but they always have promotions to make the classes more accessible. Parking is free, and location is easy to find along Garden of the Gods Road. I am so happy with everything my children learned while taining at Dance Unlimited. Yes, dance and technique are important, but they both also learned how to be a contributing part of a group/team and developed remarkabe confidence through dance. The DU teachers and staff are incredibly talented and supportive, and the environment is both professional, yet still a big family. Thinking this was a great job at which she has proven she is qualified and good at. Then you have adults who are also supposed to be qualified and capable with children, obviously they are not able to be be kind or they simply feel their entitled to verbally abuse these young adults because no one is able to stop this type of work place abuse. It's sad that this is the experience she's gotten on her very first job. If this is the way she is allowed to behave I would really have reservations as to how she is behaving with your small children.

She also offered to have me pick a spot near the door since it is a warm class. Her suggestion was helpful as I don't typically like hot yoga due to my age I just dropped in as I am visiting for the weekend. Class was 15$ but includes a free week of classes. I won't use it but it didn't cost anymore which is a nice touch for new students if you are local. I'm a former teacher and this was a perfect class for me this afternoon- challenging and forgiving. Loved the towels for sivasana. I recommend this studio!

They show every movement and modify when needed for each athlete that shows up. The training is fun while still being challenging. they explain each cycle and when you test to see your progress (if you choose). The times for classes work great whether your early morning, midday or evening. Our son loves the teenage classes. They keep the kids classes, fun and engaging while teaching fundamental skills for lifting and movement. This truly feels like so much more than a gym, It's a family that cheers you on and picks you up when you are struggling. this branch of Vasa Fitness has terrible equipment. It is all designed for very tall people. I am 5…read morefeet tall and while I have no trouble using the equipment in the other Vasa Fitness near my house, when I have tried to take advantage of my membership by moving up to the North Nevada location, I cannot use any of the equipment because it's all designed for big tall men. This is wildly discriminatory and I do not recommend anybody go up there. When I tried to speak to the manager about it, he was unbelievably rude. Just don't go there
