My orthopedic surgeon is in and out of the room in 90 seconds, answers one or two questions, and moves on, but the physical therapists are the ones who really support you, answer your concerns, educate you, and help you heal. These are the people you lean on during recovery, and because of that Columbia Physical Therapy is the only place I'll ever use in the future for my family.

Julie told me that I really did not have a reason to hurt, she said that her back was in worse shape than mine. WRONG, SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT!!! After leaving Columbia physical therapy I went to Dr. Wahl a back specialist in Richland. He did surgery right away on my spine, He fixed several of back problems. He is awesome. The gentlemen at Columbia Physical therapy (all 3) were nice to work with, but I would not recommend going to this place.

I was called back immediately…read moren taken to pre-op for my IV, I was so nervous I think this next surgery I'm having I'm gonna ask for something to kinda relax me instead of going straight to the anesthesia cuz when they wheeled me into that room my anxiety was thru the roof..but next thing I know I'm awake 2hrs later n ready to go home! I also just did my 3rd pre-op appt. there n it was a same day appointment within 2hrs of my appointment with dr Steven's they had me in there! the nurses are so sweet n the front office staff as well.. I stopped at the receptionist on my way out n told her I needed to pay my bill from my last surger n she asked me how much n I said all of it cuz I got a letter saying it could go to collections n she looked it up n was so discreet discussing my bill with me cuz we were in an open area with people all around. love love love the doc (dr Stevens)n his staff n everything about this place as well!

They REALY know what they are doing, and didn't break our bank in the process…read more Ken did some work on my wife's shoulder that had been inflamed for YEARS. Previous physical therapists kept seeing her every week, kept charging, but nothing ever improved. After about 3 visits with Ken, and some very good advice from him, my wife's shoulder drastically improved - and he said we didn't need to come in anymore (as long as we followed instructions). Very impressed, they really know their stuff.

Saw Scott Lynch with an ortho referral for hands-on therapy for an injury. He did less than 10…read moreminutes of palpitations, chatted about other patients for another few minutes then saw me out. Complete waste of time. I know what good therapy is (I'm not new to physical therapy but am new to this area) and this was not it. This visit did absolutely nothing to help. If anything I am even more frustrated that my injury was not treated at all. When I called to let them know what happened, they basically said too bad. Update: Within an hour of posting this review, Scott called me to try to convince me that he was right and I was wrong and supposedly he didn't care about the review. He definitely didn't call to find out why I was unhappy; I could barely get one word in. I can also see that he has since enlisted someone to write a new review that wasn't there before. I cannot recommend Scott or Swift.

He had a very complicated health picture. He required IV nutrition, a PICC line, a wound vac, physical therapy and occupational therapy. They provided skilled care with a RN, PT and OT therapist. Yeah they keep going on and on about going to rehab and leaving your home and staying in some kind of care center maybe being separated from your husband or wife or your family.. all one has to do is read their opening advertisement under their logo and so on and none of it has been shown to be true as far as at least five or six workers that have come to our friends home... In fact just the opposite they spoke with the owner of the business and he said that none of that stuff should be going on yet it's still going on and he never got back to the elderly people that are our friends that we witness some of this ourselves from what they told us. Not a place we'd recommend for your mother father mother and father grandmother so on some you know individual that's severely handicapped or whatever you know they want to ship you off to some kind of home and separate your family and then just leave you in there to be shipped later down to a nursing home and lay there and wait to die be alone after so long people quit coming we've seen so many old people go through this it's just horrible I wouldn't recommend this place they're leaning towards that and they're very Snoopy... They look in your covers they look in your refrigerator they ask you questions are not supposed to ask a question what your doctor recommended for you as far as medicine ... My friend's husband talked to the director or the owner he said that none of that stuff should be going on and that they don't do those kind of things but they did two of the nurses one said the man would never walk again if he didn't go to rehab out of his home and he'd have to go there without his wife and stay there at a rehab center who knows how long and one of the other ones keep saying it every time she comes she says go to the rehab center or go to the Care center.. these folks want to be independent in their home they want to "live in place" it's called.. like 80 plus percent of seniors want to live in place.. live and die in your home with your family and your loved ones not in some strange place where you don't really know nobody.. we're very upset to hear this from our friends being elderly they're there are clear mind able to take care of themselves and with the assistance of their family members and Friends some caregivers that are waiting to be approved by the state or whoever it is they even have nurses in the family. So they're well taken care of their home is clean and safe and has plenty of room for physical therapy commodes walkers... They live out on a farm type setting with their family right next door very peaceful quiet they've known their neighbors for 22 years on this road out here and on this private road for 12 years and their neighbors are like family to them they love their neighbors and their neighbors love them... Yet these people from Columbia River want to put these elderly friends of ours in a home or tell him that they'll never walk if they don't go to a rehab center these are cruel things to say to people...well if you ever read the policy of Columbia River home health Care Kennewick he'll know that it's not what it's cracked up to me cuz none of that really happens at least it didn't with our friends we wouldn't recommend this place for it anybody's grandma or grandpa or mother or father. ..
