Tons of equipment to choose from in a bright, open space. Some regulars you can get to know and learn techniques from. CONS: Pool area feels too "open". Don't need peep windows all around the pool. I felt weird swimming in there so I never did. Close it off. Management change up/corporate vibe. Don't let you even hold your account for a month now (even though they used to). It's a pricey, luxury gym with clients that pay more to get more so making people jump through tons of hoops to hold a month for travel, work, etc doesn't gel with that vibe. If you give a months notice this should allow plenty of time to adjust staffing. You have to pay extra for a lot of stuff, so in order to use a lot of what really makes a gym like this worth the extra $ in the first place, you have pay EVEN MORE. Members are equally nice and I can see why community is one of their biggest selling points. Working out is hard if you're not in a routine. It's all about Staying consistent and having accountability. The team here give you specialized coaching and help you reach those fitness goals, whatever they maybe. Workouts can be intense but at the end of them you're on a bit of a high. Workouts range from about half an hour to about an hour. I think they have a free trail so you can check it out and see if it's for you, which was really nice before I committed to paying. They have various packages based on sessions. It's a bit far for me to commit to the unlimited so I like that I can get the 4 or 8 sessions and pop in a few times a month to switch out my workouts and keep it interesting.

It was affecting his confidence in gym class and he was withdrawing from social play. He is 10, and a classic absent minded professor (ie introverted, intellectually gifted, and probably ADD). We knew we needed to do something, but physical fitness classes were not working. Right-Fit was an amazing find! He has been working with a one on one trainer at Right Fit (Brad...highly recommend). It's more expensive than a class, but it been worth every penny. Our son has gone from hanging out on the playground fence watching to initiating four square games, and other active play. Last year, he would have gladly come home for lunch every day, but now coming home and missing lunch/recess would be a punishment! His progress has far exceeded my expectations. I would call this an inclusive fitness facility. They serve the special needs population. And, although my son is not autistic, I think the range of kids and adults he sees happily come and go from here helped put him at ease and he felt accepted right away. After being a Member for 6 years now, the General…read moreManager, in conjunction with the Lifetime Customer Relations employee, decided to have my Membership suspended for calling her out on how she does not enforce ALL the policies at this location! She is allowed to pick and choose which policy she enforces. When it comes to having kids hangout in the lifting areas or in bathrooms it's a total free for all. There are plenty of signs up that clearly state no gym bags in the lifting area but yet every other person you see has a bag on them. It literally feels like a High School upstairs with all the backpacks. And when I complained, she told me she is doing her best, and whenever I see the bags up there to tell her. When I did that, I was told I was trying too hard! Then they suspended my Membership because they do not want to have to enforce ALL of their own policies. There is literally only one entrance/exit and once you go upstairs you have to go back down in order to leave. Think about what people can bring in a big old duffle bag when no one is truly enforcing the bag policy. It's scary to even think about how unprofessional this club has been managed and the liabilities they have in front of them. The suspension of my Membership for asking them to enforce their own policies is discrimination. They are trying to silence Members instead of actually making change.
