She (Stephanie) was extremely rude and condescending once pointed out what what was wrong. Even telling me what I saw with my own eyes wasnt true. She was also rude and condescending to other customers while I was in the store. I told the lady on the phone I wouldn't speak with her and if thats what they want to do then a lawyer would get involved. Not 5 min later the rude manager called and left a very condesending message for me. Victor not only offered to come over and jumpstart my car, but even offered to check my alternator just to make sure everything was ok before driving an hour back home. It turns out my alternator was completely shot! Victor got a new alternator and installed it within less than an hour for a VERY reasonable price and a 2 yr warranty.
