Too many times in the past dealing with an assortment both inside and outside side businesses, I would what you could say in a nice way: Been Done In! So I took pictures and a video or two of what I saw! What I did see was a professional team that had the right answers and worked their tails off! Everything they did was explained to me so I could understand it! These folks have been in business for long time! I'm not sure why I hadn't taken a car here before! The brake job was perfectly done and completed when they said it would be! The only problem I had was my wife had called them and got a quote of 140.00. The final price was 190.00 plus! I'm not sure what the issue was but I suppose it was the higher priced ceramic bakes. Still what I paid was well worth the money and I'm happy! I really liked the signage in the office area. I will return when an appropriate need arises!

The store manager told me he needed to talk to the owner - I asked if he wanted to look at the damage and he said "no, I take your word for it". My dad Lee Bright witnessed this conversation. I messaged the owner three times with no response even though he told the manager to tell me (even though the owner had not laid eyes on my vehicle) that he knows his shop didn't do the damage. I might be a lot of things but a liar isn't one. So BEWARE you get what you pay for and I want everyone to know Vic's Tire doesn't care about your property

I arrived at this store and within minutes I was attended to by a very nice young lady. I explained my problem in detail fearing that she would refuse this request to help me. The balancing was absolutely horrid, the truck did the salsa down the road! The owner, i think his name was Justin, was amazing. He explained why my tires were so terribly misbalanced, and cut me a deal to rebalance the tires the correct way on my F150, and did a fantastic job. It rides like new again. He was more than willing to share his extensive knowledge if tires and how they are made, and the tricks to mounting and balancing them correctly. Hes my new tire guy! I recently moved to the area, and hes made a customer for life.
