I called 5 places around spartanburg and Firestone was the first one to have the tires I needed. They were very accommodating and worked me in when it was convenient for me. I went in and I could tell they were quite busy and running around, but David came out to help me and was very sweet and helpful. They offered to drop off the car somewhere if I needed, but I ended up being able to come pick it up after they closed - they just hid the key under my mat and locked up since I have a spare. The car is driving good so far and they even have a 50,000 mile (I think) warranty, and if I get a flat I can go to any Firestone and they'll fix it for free! Thanks for being a life saver Firestone! I'm not sure how much longer I would have made it on those bald tires.

Staff seemed very friendly. Prices are very reasonable (more than I'm used to paying, but I live out in the sticks). I would definitely come here again if I am in the area and need service.
