My real estate broker recommended Samantha Tradelius to me when it became apparent that my other broker was woefully incompetent...in that the payment was not sent in properly during escrow, resulting in me getting a letter saying I would have no homeowner's insurance coverage in 3 weeks! In a panic, I called Samatha. She answered her phone, talked me down off the ledge and, to make a long story short, completely handled the whole thing. AND, she did this for me without getting any kind of commission!! Unfortunatly the commission had to go to the issuing agent. Knowing this, she went ahead and amended my insurance coverage with the company (as the set-up by the previous broker made no sense, in ways that I could have never picked up on without her expertise) and smoothly transitioned me to Strickler Insurance Co. As if that wasn't enough to raise her in my esteem, I was in a situation where I had to find a flooring guy to finish my hardwood floors, while I was in another state on vacation (another long story). I called Samantha- she recommended one of her guys, and he did an amazing job, all set up via cell phone...amazing. As someone who has had bad experiences with insurance agents, I can tell you how having the right agent really, really matters. It matters financially and it matters to having the proper coverage for your particular situation. Keep getting spam emails and phone calls from these people claiming I requested an insurance quote. They apparently buy your info from some on-line leads place and start cold calling and emailing. I can't get them to stop dedpite repeated requests to do so. NO way to do business! read more

We were an unusual group to insure, so she had to do a bunch of research to find somebody that could cover us and was able to bear with us as we spent almost 2 months ironing out details. When the renewal time came around, the premium went up so I called my man Elliott to see what could be done. I hadn't gotten any traffic violations or such, so he took the time to find me a better deal. He was persistent about following up with me (I'm terrible at answering my phone and checking my messages).
