I read the only other review and was shocked at what they wrote...my experience was totally opposite. Here I am taking the time to go to the store (if you can call it that) to see their trophies. I am looking for trophies for my Cub Scouts pack's Pinewood Derby. The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect.
