While here, I've tried several group classes, the Peloton bikes, and infrared saunas. I really love the boutique atmosphere of the gym, which even during peak hours, never feels crowded. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the class coaches (Jake, Allie, and Conna) have all been encouraging and welcoming. I'm absolutely hooked on the infrared saunas and book a session whenever I can. Pro tip: if you prefer privacy, choose Sauna 1, as Sauna 2 is located just outside the locker room area.
