When I drove up to the facility it looks spectacular from the hwy 29. My code worked, I found my unit with the green tag just as the representative advised me. The unit was super clean , the climate control hallway was clean the facility is well lit at night! My move her was just perfect! I have stored other places but this facility by far is one of the nicest in the area, I would even say In the state!

The company centralizes its sales and marketing into a single office in NY leaving the local people free to focus on operations (makes sense).
