I came in to have a hitch and wiring installed on my vehicle. When I made my appointment I was told that the total cost would be $100 for parts and labor. After paying $100 and leaving I was called again where an employee stated that there were additional charges which totaled $60 dollars. I explained that I was quoted the $100 price for parts and labor and when I was quoted I specifically asked that question and received a yes. The employee on the phone was rude cut me off several times and talked over me. I would not go to this place again. read more

I attempted to do a brake job on my daughter's Ford Escape 2.5L…read more The rotors were totally seized on the hub and after fighting with them for a day I accepted defeat. I didn't have the equipment to get the job done. Greenwood Service did! The vehicle also had a case of the creaks which I knew was a bushing, but I wasn't able to isolate the source. They found it was the right rear bushing that connects to the lower control arm. And the lower control arm and sway bar needed to be replaced. I partially expected something suspension related would need to be repaired. They got it done in short order and now I get to wrestle with my decision of having bought a Ford.
